Penthouse - Bay Front - 2 Story - Sleeps 8 at South Seas Island Resort, Captiva

Rooms were exactly as they showed in pictures. Check in and out was Easy. Contacted hosts prior to arrival and they responded and told us about the property and local stores and restaurants

Lovely condo. Great location and plenty of room for my family.

Lovely stay here! Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive, condo was super clean and everything was as expected. The only downside (which was not the hosts fault) was that the building elevator broke on our second to last day so we had to carry all our bags down three flights of stairs.

Condo was spotless, great towels, comfy beds. We even saw a manatee around the boat dock.

The accommodation was excellent. Great location and very quiet. Kitchen was well appointed. My only suggestion is that if you intend to cook there are no basic cooking ingredients (ie: salt, pepper, cooking spray etc.) so be sure to plan ahead. Beds and pillows well very comfortable. In unit washer and dryer is great. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The host was very responsive and welcoming and had great advice for enjoying the area during our stay. The unit we stayed in was very clean and stocked with necessary items to make it comfortable. The nearby private beach access was top notch and one of our main enjoyments.

Property was exceptional. The 3 bedrooms were large and well appointed. We enjoyed the living room area. We experienced a good deal of construction noise during the day but it was not a major issue. Only recommendation is to replace or repair front door. Thank you for the use of your beautiful property.

Captiva Island is one of our favorite vacation spots in Florida. We usually stay at the South Seas Resort, but this time we were looking for a more spacious property that felt more like a home away from home. This property exceeded our expectations. The kids enjoyed all the table games, and the beach chairs and umbrella were an excellent addition for our sunset outings.

The condo was very clean and the great views of the marina. We stayed last year as well and we’ll definitely be back again. Loved relaxing on the porch and the pool was really close too. Had a great week!

Very nice place with excellent view. Spent alot of time in the screened in porch. Was close to the beach, about a 5-10 minute walk.Only issue would be the bed in the front bedroom is very high. Had elderly parents with us that would have a problem with the steps and also had problem getting into the bed

We had a great time. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs & umbrella and a cooler on wheels was wonderful.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautiful and spacious, the check-in process was easy, and it was the quiet family getaway we were looking forward to. The owners had thought of and provided everything!

Renovations currently underway impacted stay. Lack of shade at pool decks deplorable.
