The penthouse is divided into 2 floors. In thefirst floor is the large master suite with king bed, very comfortable high quality mattress, and en suite bathroom with spacious shower. The master bedroom have their own terraces which is more shady and quiet and is great for relaxing!

The first floor of the penthouse hosts the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dish washer, hot and cold fresh water cooler, breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area, our living room houses comfortable and ample seating and 55 inch TV. Off the living room is another private terrace that connect with the master bedroom.

A staircase leads up to an impressive rooftop terrace with a private pool, besides the pool are two sunbeds surrounded with beautiful tropical plants that will sumerge you into the relaxing Caribbean mood. The lounge chairs and dinner table provide a perfect setting for a romantic evening or hosting friends for an afternoon “Happy Hour”.

The penthouse resides in The City Luxury Condos only 5 mins away from the shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue, and is only 10 mins away from the Beach. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is only 1 blocks away and so is Mega, a large supermarket.
