Stayed Mar 28, 2026This particular unit needs A LOT of cleaning! The carpet was nasty with a lot of dark stains, primary bathroom fixtures are rusty & loose, primary bed mattress has deep sunken spots, lots & lots of pot smokers all around & couldn't enjoy very much time on the balcony due to all of the marijuana smell. Property management company is nesrly.impossible to communicate with, never answers the phone & always receive autoresponse to emails. No signage telling you where anything is so it was hard to find the office to check in, epsecially at night. There was no fountain light show, hot tub was cold, heated pools were not heated, gym was closed the wntire time but was.supppsed to be open by the end of March.....it was not opened by the time we left on 4/2. Several restaurants weren't open at all during our stay (Sat-Thurs). I do not recommend this unit or resort & will not be returning to this property.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026I must say this was absolutely the best vacation me and my family has ever had. The view was to Die for absolutely didn't want to leave property made it fun for every age 5 to 42 all i can say is we are planning a 1mo trip at this location. Just do it No regrets new home away from home. Laketown

Stayed Jul 1, 2024The police was having to be out there every night because of young kids fighting and doing non sense. It’s not kid friendly in my opinion. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We had a great week. The condo could use some new mattresses and couches (or clean them they had lots of stains). Our door code provided didn't work so i had to call but was able to fix fairly quickly. Had to pay extra for wristbands for the property that didnt work even when we got new ones which was an inconvenience because we had to have other guest or security let us into the pools and gym.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023It was a great place. Close to everything. Access to beach was easy. Not sure if I read it wrong but I was thinking we would be on the beach. We were across a busy street and had to walk across this street to the beach. However it wasn’t bad and didn’t take us long to get there. Long wait for elevators but also busy weekend with the baseball World Series here. Overall if was a great place and a great experience. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2022I truly enjoyed my stay in this property. The view was gorgeous and the sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing. We had everything we needed for a great vacation and it was extremely spacious for 2 people. Thank you for allowing us to use your property.
