My Family and I had an amazing vacation... the condo was so spacious, clean and super comfy... we would defiantly book again in the future!!!

Had a great view of the water in several directions. Great communication from the host and the property had all the amenities we needed.

It was very relaxing and an easy area to navigate. Would definitely stay in this area again.

We loved this condo! Beach Colony West is our favorite! The view from the 17th floor was soo beautiful! The furniture on the balcony was perfect for having meals together, or just enjoying the beautiful view and sea breeze! The beds were comfy, the showers were always hot, and it’s always so nice to have a washer/dryer. This was the first year we had access to the beach chairs and umbrellawe LOVED that!! The only negative comment I have to say about this unit, and this is being pretty picky, is that the furniture in the living room and master bedroom could be updated, and there really wasn’t anywhere to put groceries that we brought in. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This was a great location in a quite area with a private beach which was just beautiful. however there wra couple of small details that was annoying, the telescope was useless it was broken and the binoculars were very weak we could barley see the dolphins as they swam by. The other minor details we figured out by the time we left, like the gate code.

The property and condo was great!!! Todd is very responsive!!!

We had a great stay. Place was as advertised and the little extras (books, board games, beach toys, etc) were nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. Beach service is a major pro. Master bed was very comfy.

Property was nice, but expected more since it was advertised as a‘penthouse’. We stayed in a unit on the 11th floor a few years ago and amount space and layout was exactly the same…also was decorated and furnished nicer.

Absolutely amazing property and location. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Everything was perfect! Todd was great about answering questions before, during, even on the way out! The condo had everything you need. Patio furniture is great. The outdoor couch is great for several people, but even better for naps ? Extra Large swimming pool is a huge plus.

We visited family in the area. Condo was in a great location right on the beach with fantastic views. Pool was nice. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

Great view

The unit could use upgrading. Unit was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, it was still being cleaned. Checkout at 10am/checkin in at 4pm...that is plenty of time to clean a unit. The view was great. Unit has lots of space.

We had access to everything we needed or wanted, views were amazing and location was great! Loved the space and amenities!

The owner was very gracious and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!
