Stayed Jul 4, 2025Perfect location directly across from the beach. Top floor, amazing views to take in. Pool was very convenient and not very busy. Parking in front and back for ease of staying off Seawall if desired.

Stayed Jul 24, 2023Beautiful view! The condo was clean and accommodating! The only complaint was the musty/moldy smell. The main closet in the 1st bedroom behind air conditioning unit has black mold. Note: the 12 floor property only had 2 elevators and 1 elevator was not working most of the time we were at the property.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023There was black mold in the master closet ceiling. 2nd bath had no water pressure. There was no overhead lighting in the dining area, which made the area very dark. The previous occupants trash was still in the garbage can. The ice maker did not work & the ice trays that were provided were cracked.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022Perfect for our 3 generation girls weekend! The views from the balcony were awesome. The beds were super comfortable! This condo was close to everything but soundproofed to perfection. We would definitely like to stay here again! CtA

Stayed Aug 4, 2022One roll of toliet paper to each bathroom for a total of 4 day stay. Elevators down the whole stay. Beds were old and hard. Hardly any water pressure for the Showers and Had the A/c on 67 to 68 just to stay cooled off. Ceiling fans would have helped alot
