This reservation combines two full two-bedroom Gulf-view condominiums at Pelican Watch, giving your group four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two complete kitchens, two separate living and dining areas, and two private lanais overlooking the Gulf. Each condominium features a king primary bedroom, a queen second bedroom, a walk-in shower in each bathroom, an open kitchen and dining area, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a lanai with Gulf views. Guests can gather at the shared Pelican Watch pool, hot tub, and beachfront, then return to their own private condominiums.

The neighborhood

Pelican Watch sits directly on the Gulf at 2532 Estero Boulevard, one of the most coveted stretches of Fort Myers Beach. Public beach access runs the length of Estero Boulevard right in front of the building, so the Gulf is genuinely within steps of your door. Estero Boulevard is the main artery of the island, lined with casual waterfront dining, seafood shacks, souvenir shops, marina-side bars, and local watersports outfitters. Times Square at the north end of the island is the traditional heart of Fort Myers Beach, known for open-air restaurants, nightly entertainment, and a festive beach-town atmosphere. Lovers Key State Park, a protected barrier island preserve with kayaking, shelling, and wildlife viewing, is a short trip south. The surrounding Lee County waters are known for excellent fishing, dolphin-watching cruises, and sunset sailing charters departing from nearby marinas.

Getting around

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers serves the region with direct flights from many major U.S. cities. The drive to Fort Myers Beach follows I-75 to Daniels Parkway or Colonial Boulevard, then Summerlin Road and the Matanzas Pass bridge onto the island. A rental car is the most practical option for exploring Lee County's beaches, parks, and attractions at your own pace. Rideshare services operate throughout Fort Myers and generally serve the island as well, though availability can vary in peak season. Estero Boulevard itself is very walkable once you are on the island, with beach access, dining, and shops within easy walking distance of Pelican Watch.
