Pelican Pointe 803 - The Beach is Calling! Book Today!

We had a good time all the family enjoyed the place. Everything accessible kitchen was great everybody really enjoyed the time staying in pelican point

Pelican Pointe has a nice view with a balcony and a location with a very short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool is shaded by mid-afternoon, so a good place to hang out when getting too much sun. I swept the floor because of sand, but our feet got very dirty walking around the rooms. Be sure to mop floors very well between visitors. One bed was dirty as well. Otherwise, all was great!

A wonderful family vacation. The condo was great and the view was awesome!

We loved this place. There were a few problems. The dryer vent was not hooked up, so our entire condo became wet from condensation. We called and someone came out to fix it. He said he was going to the hardware store and be back to fix it, but never came back. The air conditioner quit working on our last day. I am sure they would have came out to fix it, but we called them on checkout day to let them know for the housekeeping and the next renters. The people we talked to on the phone were very nice. Overall, it was a great stay and everything was set up nicely. I would recommend them and would stay there again.

Very nice, updated condo on the beach. Large balcony with beautiful view of the beach and beach service was awesome. Great kitchen and very well stocked. The only complaint was the floors needed to be mopped badly, alot of sticky spots in the kitchen. Also, whoever stayed before us placed dirty dishes back in the cabinets. We re- washed anything we used. ( I feel sure the cleaning staff had no way of knowing this, hopefully we took care of the problem for you). Great outdoor pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked nice. Super sweet security staff! Overall, a lovely place to stay and would would definitely rebook this property!

The check in/out process was very convenient. We were always kept informed of everything. Office staff wad very friendly and helpful.

It is a beautiful place that became home away from home. It was very comfortable. The beds all had great mattresses—something not true at some other places we have stayed. The showers were all well functioning. The kitchen was well equipped. We easily cooked several meals while there. The only concern was the hot water was way too hot. It wasn’t an issue for 4 adults, but those with children would need to be careful. The location is in the center of restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and lots of activities. The pools were nice and well maintained. The beach was just lovely. We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat!

The condo was amazing! Everything was so nice and clean. Only issue was the bath tub didn’t drain and the toilet took a while to flush. Master bath worked great though.

Paint peeling on door frames, condo not clean enough, furniture needs cleaning, popcorn ceiling falls on head while taking a shower, master bath mold in shower, quarter round moldings rotten behind toilet and next to sower, etc. condo is overall dingy and not worth the money. Especially after you pat cleaning fees and the floors are not mopped. Would not recommend or tent again!
