Pelican Pointe 1104 by Liquid Life

We had a really nice stay! Room was just enough space for our family of 5. There was a fold out couch we didn’t use, one person in the queen room and the twin top bunks we didn’t use so would be a few extra spots for more people. That being said, more than 5 staying there would be kind of tight for our liking but if you are a close family who don’t mind sharing bathrooms and sharing beds/rooms, it could definitely fit 10. Overall had a fabulous stay, room was nice, clean and had a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Pool was nice, hot tub and indoor pool were good too. Room has most of what you need pots/pans/dishes/etc but if you plan to make coffee or cook even simple stuff, be sure to pack everything or plan to run to store. Room doesn’t even have salt/pepper or coffee filters. In a way, makes sense sanitary-wise not to keep that there so not complaining, just giving a heads up. Orange Beach was a nice beach, lots of good places to eat and lots to do. Had a great stay and would definitely return if we plan to come back to Orange Beach.

The property is very clean and safe. It was a perfect for our Bachelorette trip. The location is perfect and allows easy access to the beach. The property manager is in contact with you frequently and is open to receive messages at any time. Very pleased with this rental!

We loved our stay. The room was great! And you can’t beat the location. There were some things in the condo that needed updated but the overall experience was great. We would definitely stay again. The only negative was the exercise room. It was only a bike and treadmill and no other weights and the room was very small.

View of the Gulf was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. S Stores and restaurants were very close. Issues; washer washes with hot water when cold water is selected. Ceiling fan in family room did not work. Light figures...most were not hung straight. Flooring was full of gaps...poor install performed. We were met with variety of bugs / roaches every morning. Refrigerator door seal is pulled loose and doesn't seal well. Ceiling above stove and island...filthy. Deck / furnishings were great. Vacuum and broom provided came in handy.

Would definitely stay here again, prime location!

The weekend was very enjoyable because of the location and friendships in our group, and the condo was reasonably clean. However, it is seriously in need of updating, has too few electrical outlets, lacks lamps for relaxing lighting and dimmer switch in dining area doesn’t even work! The rugs in living area and bath are dingy, dirty and very worn. Refrigerator door drags upon opening also.

we were of family of 6, 1 being a toddler, and we had plenty of room. balcony was a great size, and the view was amazing. property was clean and stocked well with anything we needed. beach was awesome and uncrowded with easy access. the outside pool area was a nice size and had plenty of chairs. The only negatives that i would say is the indoor pool access was not attached to the building or the outdoor pool area, it was a seperate building. While close, it was in the middle of the parking lot (which was a little odd) and was small. on another note..the tvs/remotes in both guest bedrooms did not work but were quickly fixed and/or replaced when reported. of course, this did not hinder any part of our vacation. also, on our last morning there we had a group of teenaged kids walk-in our condo claiming to be housekeeping. they left quickly when they realized we had not vacated the property. this was a little suspicious and we were not able to locate where they had come from or where they went.
