The space
Indulge in this newly remodeled stylish two-bed/two-bath ocean front condo with breathtaking Gulf views from the private balcony at the beautiful By The Sea complex right off Seawall.

Prepare mouth watering meals from the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the food with friends and family around the dining table that seats up to 6 people, while watching the tranquility of the Gulf.

Kick off your shoes and relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs in the living area to stream your favorite show on the 65 inch TV.

Step out to the balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze with your favorite beverage, enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf. Look out for the majestic brown pelicans that soar by in arms reach, and the origin for our piece of heaven's name.

After a long day at the beach, rinse down in large rain shower and crawl into a comfortable bed, dreaming of all the great memories built that day.

The condo has a built-in washer/dryer available to do light laundry.

If you want to take a break from the beach (Babes Beach is across the street), enjoy the on-site communal pool and grill your favorite dish on gas grills, or play a match of tennis. Walk to local fishing piers or take a short drive to popular attractions and dining.

Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach toys available upon request.
Guest access
All guests must check in at front desk and purchase parking passes before checking into condo. The front desk is open 24x7.

There are two parking areas. One located in the front of the building off Seawall Blvd, and one in the back of the building off Stewart Rd.

Note the rear parking area is gated and locked from midnight-6am.
Other things to note
A one-time parking fee of $35+tax per vehicle is required and valid for the duration of the stay, and is payable upon arrival. You may purchase for as many vehicles as needed.

Due to regulations, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
