Pelican Beach 4th floor Upgraded 2 bedroom -on the beach-

The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities for a nice beach trip. There was excellent communication with the host as well. Will definitely book again.

The condo was beautiful and all my sisters loved it.. It was off season so it was cold the beach was gorgeous so was the sunset. Lots of beach toys and chairs in the condo as well.!! I definitely would return in the summer. Great find for a short stay. Only one suggestion is to update the shower heads

Plenty of room for our family of five. The staff at Pelican Beach was very friendly and the ease of check in was fantastic. Loved being so close to the beach as well.

Great experience! The property was clean and the condo appropriately stocked with necessities upon arrival. The communication from our host was excellent. They shared information well in advance with reminders and helpful details. The resort was perfect for our family with multiple pools to spend time in and the beach right outside the pool area. We have two busy kids, and we were able to bounce between locations easily throughout the day. Overall one of the best experiences we’ve had. We can’t wait to go back!

Condo and resort were great. Decent price for the amenities. My only complaint is how hard the beds are- throwing a memory foam topper on a boulder is not super effective. Otherwise, the condo was clean, well cared for, and had all of the kitchen items you'd need.

Place was very nice and clean, loved the view of the beach!

We enjoyed staying in this 4th floor unit and not being so high. We enjoyed using the pool chairs and toys but only found one pool towel. The kitchen and fridge were clean. The overall condo property was good and easy to access and use. It was great for our little weekend get away. However the unit could use a good deep clean and some minor repairs/paint soon. The linens and towels were clean but a quick mop of the walls to remove other guests hand prints and smudges would be an easy reset.

Tufan was quick to respond and his condo is very nice. Everything we need was there. Comfortable bed and pillows Beautiful view of the gulf!

Tufan was a wonderful host and his condo was perfect for my friends and I! All communication was very timely and Tufan was extremely responsive to our needs. The resort has lovely amenities (indoor heated pool, dry and wet saunas), that I was able to use.The view from the 4th floor of the gulf was refreshing to see each day and the local restaurants had delicious seafood.I would stay here again and highly recommend Tufan's lovely place!

Amazing property! Location was convenient to restaurants and activities. Host was informative and easy to communicate with.

The property was wonderful! Extremely clean and close to the beach. The beds were firm, but we slept just fine after a long day at the beach. We would stay here again.

Great location with easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and had a nice view of the water. If you have a car there is plenty of convenient space. Easy access to restaurants and stores. The prooerty owner was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great stay. The place was clean, well maintained and exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I also recieved several emails before my stay from the host with information about the property and surrounding area which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Clean condo, just as expected. Location was fabulous!

Great spot for families.

The view of the ocean was nice from the living area.The balcony has an ocean view but you also have to look at the grill area. While we loved hearing the ocean from the balcony, we did not love hearing the pool filters running while sitting on the balcony. Fortunately, you cannot hear this when you were in the unit.The beds are very hard! Had to purchase padding to be comfortable. The air conditioner vent blows right on your face while you're in the master bedroom. Would have been nice if the bed was facing the other way for this reason and to see the ocean when you are in bed. Furniture needs attention. Did not smell fresh. There were plenty of towels for just the two of us but if there were four or more people this would not be the case. Kitchen was stocked nicely and appliances worked well. Overall we would not stay here again. But we have did appreciate that it did smell clean when we first arrived.

The condo was well decorated. It had all of the amenities that one should expect in a beach condo. Loved the large balcony that gave a panoramic view of the Gulf. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The unit has a great view of the beach and the interior space was very relaxing. Location is close to good restaurants and handy grocery stores
