Pearl on the Strand - Ocean and Village Views at Oceanside Beach!

Nice, clean, view of the beach!

This property was delightful. Very clean and bed very comfy. Thanks to Cindy for welcoming us! Very close to the ocean and walking distance to downtown. Tropical grounds and large pool and hot tub!

Our host Cindy was professional and kind. The amenities were perfect. The condo was very clean and homey. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves was very relaxing. Leave the windows open at night and you can listen to the waves. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella which was nice and just steps to the beach! I'm pretty sure we'll be back.

Great location, very comfortable for our party of three. Beach access, resort amenities. Looking forward to visiting again.

We have stayed at North Coast Village numerous times, and this was hands down the best property we have stayed at. It was spotless, spacious, and the host was great with communication! They even left us complimentary fresh muffins, overall this was a perfect stay and we will be back!

Amazing host and such a warm, welcoming condo! Loved the fresh fruit and water they left for us in the fridge for our arrival, and all the hospitable touches throughout the place. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable with great linens, and the rain shower-head was AMAZING. We loved our stay!

A perfect location and seamless process. The space was lovely and had everything we needed. The fireplace is a wonderful plus when the weather gets chilly. If we ever do another 'staycation' close to home I would definitely come again :)

D111 was an excellent rental space. Super clean and quiet. Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. Parking is easy and included. Downtown is a 10-minute drive.

Perfect location! Steps away from the beach! Gorgeous sunset views from the balcony. Amazing communication from the property manager from confirmation of booking to final check-out. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful and clean property. This is my second time staying here. Thr first time was over 2 years ago and they property is so well maintained. Cindy is so pleasant and easy to communicate with. The fruit and water she leaves for chrckin is such a nice touch. We will be bacm again!

Thank you for sharing your beach condo at NCV. We had an amazing stay and the condo has everything we could need and more. The Murphy bed is such a bonus and you get extra stars for that!!! What a great addition!!The unit is much closer to the ocean than expected and has a wonderful view from the balcony. The Pearl was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location in the complex was perfect so getting to the pool, beach, and parking garage was easy. The north-facing patio stayed cool all day and had a great view overlooking the beautiful grounds of NCV and the ocean/beach. The murphy bed was perfect for our little family of 3 and a smart addition to this condo.

Great accommodations. Extremely clean, well stock and supplied with more than we would have imagined. You can see the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Great pool, BBQ area and outdoor showers around the property. Walkability was perfect to the Oceanside Harbor, downtown Oceanside and the pier. We were visiting for the 40th annual Longboard Surfing contest which was so much fun!

Absolutely beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Steps away from the beach as well as all other amenities; like pool, hot tub, laundry, and games. Great little area to stay shops and restaurants.

We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the pearl. We had a great time. The pearl is kept in immaculate condition. It’s situated in the perfect spot within the North Coast Village property. You can see the ocean from the balcony.Cindy was an excellent host and accommodated all of our needs and was quick to respond with any and all of our questions. We will book again in the future!!

Easy check in process. Things were just like on website. Easy check out process. We found everything we needed during stay. Will do it again..

Although the check-in process was a little difficult, mostly because the parking lot was full, everything else from there forward was great. The property is beautiful and the condo is clean and nicely furnished. I plan to come back here in the future!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here at the Pearl. Very clean and homie. Wonderful view of the ocean and all of the tropical plants. Great place to have a nice getaway. Would come back again.

We loved our stay… the place was impressively clean… the manager Cindy was very communicative… had all our preferences taken care of… beds are comfortable… grounds are gorgeous! So close to all things O’side!

The Condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and ready for our stay, and Cindy's communication was super responsive from the booking through checkout. The fruit bowl was a classy touch. Great community and location on the water. Would love to stay again!
