Pearl 704 Sugar White Sand and Emerald Waters. Spectacular view

Management was very quick to respond and address our issues. That was much appreciated. The rooms were nice sized and the view was perfect. Everything was in working condition, and the towels were extra nice! Our bed was comfy tops.

Beautiful area to stay. Loved it.

We love coming to Navarre, this was our second trip this year and staying at the Pearl. Our first time staying in this particular unit. It was tidy, looked as though it had been remodeled, beautiful view, super comfy bed, washer/dryer worked well. Host was very quick to respond to messages. I even accidentally left some things behind upon departure and Merle was so gracious as to mail them back to me. Excellent host !! We hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did !

Property was lovely - however- door code was not sent on time - but was easy to reach manager to get code. Only property I have ever stayed that I have had note to be fined if I use a white bath cloth to wash face and get makeup on. Brown washcloths provided- but very worn looking. First property that I have ever stayed that check out time was 9:00 am - which is Too early when requiring a 4:00 check in time for arrival. Finally, even suggesting that I put a load of towels on to wash for the cleaning crew, was beyond more than I have ever come across. These are reasons that I won’t be staying here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Pearl of Navarre. The check in and check out process was very simple. Perfect locations, beautiful views. All around a wonderful condo for our vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and accommodating. It was an easy, short walk to the beach. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Loved the codes for extra security. The beach was great. Upstairs neighbors were noisy but other than that a great stay.

Overall, the trip was excellent. The mattress in the guess bed could use replacement. The sofas and chairs in the main living room are nothing to write home about, but we weren't in the room enough for it to bother us. Overall it was an excellent trip. I would recommend it to others.

For our first trip to Navarre this was a great condo. Everything was clean, comfy beds, great location. It was very quiet, the elevators were extremely quick all week (I know people are always curious about that.) We really don’t have any complaints about the unit.

The only downside was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Overall the accommodations were wonderful. We had a little trouble with the hot water and there was dust / dirt on all of the floors. If we were barefoot we had very dirty feet quickly. Just two things we noticed, this didn’t cause any trouble but the owner should know.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was spacious and clean. I had a hard time locating the iron and got a quick response from the host. We had a great time.

The condo was clean and somewhat updated. The location of the condo was right near the elevators which was nice. The property manager was nice and responsive. We would stay here again.

We were very pleased with the property. Reminded us of Destin 50 years ago. Not crowded.

Wonderful condo. Very clean, great beds, good kitchen, nice tile flooring and plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels.

The view was good. Towels were dirty and had holes in them. Looked as though the property or unit was being redone or renovated and closets had decor and materials in them so it was crowded and hard to place our things for the week.

It was great when we had an issues they got back with us quick

This property is tastefully and modernly decorated. Spacious enough for 6-8 people, but my wife and I enjoyed it all to ourselves. Comfy bed, nice, huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen...just a really nice place. And we loved the balcony - morning coffee and evening refreshments, looking out on the beach, the fishing pier, and the ocean. A framed phrase really sealed it for us, people of faith. greater than the sea is His love for us. The pools are nice, beach access is close and easy, the fitness center is 'okay'. We're veterans of Seagrove Beach, so it was different - and enjoyable - that there was very little 'commerce' on the strip. We did enjoy the Windjammer and the pier, which was only a quarter mile walk. Short drive into Navarre any time we needed anything. We loved it - we'll be back.

A week of pure relaxation. Everything was great. Only negative is that you can’t control the thermostat, 76* is the lowest it will go.

We loved this place. Beautiful view from the balcony, the beds were comfortable and it was a simple set-up wonderful for our little family. The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear most of the time. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was nice. Bed was amazing. One complaint is that you can’t sit really in front of the ocean with your umbrella because the guy that wants you to pay takes 99% of the beachfront. I feel like after spending that much money to stay there you should have room to set up your canopy where you want not in the small space dedicated for non payers. Definitely deters us from coming back there. But the condo itself was really nice and beautiful.
