Pearl 1001 Completely renovated from floor to ceiling! Super clean!

This is a great condo. It’s totally updated and immaculate. The property is nice. The only surprising thing for us was there was nothing for the beach- no beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc. We've been coming to the area for almost 20 years and didn’t think to ask because it’s always been provided at other properties. Make sure you bring what you need for the beach because it’s not provided.

Communications were great with the property manager. Condo very clean, plenty of seating in the living area, new kitchen appliances, plenty of utensils, nice knives, Keurig, pour over and regular coffee pots and an electric kettle! I felt very much at home. Beautiful dining room table could use two more chairs to seat all of us. The bunk beds were so smart and were a big reason we rented this unit. The condo is quite lovely with high end renovations. Lots of extras- a rack to dry bathing suits, weighing scale in master closet, books, USB ports, etc… Great pool and quick walk to the beach. The Pearl is a friendly and safe condo.

We stayed in this condo 4 years ago. The Pearl 1001 is in great condition, clean, and nicely furnished. I love the kitchen. The amount of counter space is amazing! Anything we needed to cook basic foods was available. The only thing I would change about the condo is the furniture on the balcony. It is older and not very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out there in the early mornings drinking coffee and midday when we were taking a break from the sun. Overall, we loved our stay!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room, the views are absolutely amazing. Loved that it was not a super destination spot and was not overcrowded. The pools and close walk to the beach were great. The granddaughters spent hours at both and are begging to go back already.

I’m always skeptical when trying to choose the right place for a family vacation because many times a property will fall short of their description’s. However this place was “true to their word .” It was very nice and clean, everything worked, and the location was perfect. We had a great stay and I would definitely rent it again.

I believe this was our 3rd time at this unit. It’s a fantastic view. Everything is wonderful. Never had an issue with the owner/manager. Fully expect we will be back.

This condo was by far the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfy beds and all the necessities you could ever want. Kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and even some essential condiments. Most importantly because we are a group of older women (oldest is now 90) the beautiful bathrooms were equipped with higher toilets, walk in showers with grab bars and seats. We can’t say enough good things about this unit. We will be booking again next spring for our groups 39th year of traveling together. 15 years staying at The Pearl. First time in this unit and it gets an A+++
