Peaceful, Tropical Beach Condo on Seawall Blvd, Galveston, Tx.

This place continues to be amazing. The amenities are incredible, and the chest full of games in the living room is such a fun touch. Being across the street from the beach is incredible too. Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy Galveston beach or Moody Gardens!

We’ve stayed at The Dawn condos many times. This was our favorite one so far. Great location and second floor.

Where to start…first, Retta & Tommy are incredibly kind and provide such a wonderful home that they graciously share with others. They are very prompt to respond to questions and very accommodating. Next, the home is incredible! The size was perfect for us and the layout works wonderfully for busybodies. We were visiting our daughter and 3 of her friends who are in Galveston completing their first year residency and the home was perfectly appointed to cook family dinner a couple of nights so the kids could have a home cooked meal and a little family time while they work diligently towards earning their doctorate degrees. The location is a little further away from the busiest part is Seawall which was a blessing for us since it was a holiday weekend and the island was packed!! The unit provides a great view of the pool and the beach which certainly equates to Heaven on earth in my book. And finally, checking in was super easy and the onsite staff were very helpful. This was by far our favorite stay on the island and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The property and location were absolutely beautiful and extremely neat and clean! Great communication with owner. All information was given ahead of time and written out perfectly. Everything was streamlined, from gate access to keycodes to best place to park. Anything and everything we would need at home were provided at this location. Immediately felt at home when we walked through the door. Would highly recommend this stay!

The whole place was awesome and the office is tons of help. Will stay again if available next year.

We have a girls trip every year and this condo was the perfect weekend getaway with all the amenities we needed. I just absolutely loved the decor and the condo had everything we needed! It was in a great location too!

My family of 4 had an extended weekend stay in Galveston. The condo was perfect. The gated complex added an extra measure of security. Easy access gate to the beach. We enjoyed both pools, and very much appreciated the kiddie area of the pools. Our host was very prompt is answering our questions. Overall, it was a great stay! Aohost

We've stayed at The Dawn many times. It's a nice complex with restricted access and the beach right across the street. This condo has a great location (second floor) near the pools with a nice view of the beach. The host is great too - helpful and responsive. The condo has comfortable beds and furnishings, lots of beach toys including a rolling cooler and sun umbrella, and is fairly close to parking. We enjoyed our stay.

We love staying at this condo-it’s our 2nd time. The owners are so very nice! The view of the ocean is great considering it is one building in. The pools are awesome and even after the hurricane coming through the grounds are very well maintained!

The property was everything we expected and more. We were in town for a dance competition at the San Luis Resort and this was so close to the convention center with all necessary amenities very close as well. The board games and books in the unit helped pass time when we lost power during Hurricane Beryl. The owners were very responsive and were great to work with even in the unexpected circumstances of the hurricane. Definitely would recommend this unit!

The stay and the location was great. We had lots of fun. The inside was great had lots of room. It was nice to just walk across the street to the beach. The next time we come to Galveston I hope we can stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. We enjoy it.

This condo was a great price at a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the beautiful pools. The outside of the buildings need work, which was in process while we were there. Inside is beautifully decorated and comfy-cozy. There are many appliances and dishes for any occasion and two televisions and beach chairs are a blessing. Thank you!

We loved the easy accessibility to the beach, grocery store, and nearby restaurants. We were thankful that the condo was perfectly equipped with everything we would ever need for a easy beach day. Definitely would stay here again!
