Peaceful Suite Near Dining & Fun In Central Scottsdale

Probably a good thing after a week, but they had just re-painted. We got there at 1130A and the apartment must have been painted the night prior. We had to keep the door open to air out the room. The AC was rattling when on. The pictures initially had a kitchen when we booked, but now it does not. The bath tub did not have a stop or plug, so a bath was not an option. The walk around the complex had trash all over and was very ran down. The pool was as green as a pool could be. It was in a good location for casinos and golf, but the actual apartment was not worth the price.

Challenging checkin process. Purchased stay on Expedia but really was a VRBO rental. Too many emails. Not clear how to enter unit, or even find the key. Took an extra 30 min to get in the room. Room is nice and clean property is decent and safe. Worth the stay, but again - need to cut the email clutter and all the logins to find details. Property owner was very responsive and after contacting her a couple times we were able to figure out how to get into the unit.

Last minute booking and low cost,

We have stayed at this property before (different unit) so we knew what to expect. This unit, as other reviews stated, is a renovated hotel room, which was adequate for out needs. Bathroom is nicely remodeled. Bed was too hard for our liking, and it squeeks loudly anytime we rooled over or just changed positions at night. Teresa was awesome! She responded quickly to my questions when we arrived abd made us feel welcome.

This is just an old hotel room. It was not very clean and the lighting was terrible. Floor tiles which were badly broken were just covered by a rug. No broom/mop for cleaning so this is only adequate accommodation for a very short stay - no more than 5 days. Location is great and check-in eeasy.Will definitely NOT stay here again

5 stars. The property is very well located and we enjoyed the patio view. It is small, but perfect to get a nights sleep during a busy long weekend. We had a minor glitch with the key code checking in but Theresa was right on it.

Everything was as expected from advertisement! Prior to arrival I emailed property manager & got a quick reply! The building was quiet & peaceful my entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very small 60’s style motel room! Poor lighting, Old stucco walls, minimum bed quality, tight fit bathroom, no creamer, no spoons, store bought Cheap shampoo, soap. Wouldn’t go back!Basically a very overpriced VRBO 1960’s Motel 6!!

This place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is very private. The 'backyard' space that the patio faces is alive with rabbits, quail, and various other birds. Its very quiet and the bed is above average comfortable!

We were there for family bridal shower and really just slept in the unit. Much like a hotel stay.

The day we moved in, someone entered the apartment and fell asleep on the bed! THERE IS A POLICE REPORT about that! the rest of the stay was ok but when we left, and received a summary of the cleaners including several photos of the state of the apt, the cleaners lied! There were empty boxes, yes but that's about it (and that's part of the cleaning process you need to do). The photos showed ice on the floor, which was either done by the cleaners or someone else as it was not there when we left! and most certainly there was No damage to the couch!
