The best thing about the unit was being right on the beach. The unit was clean, just like the pictures and the owners/managers were very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was as pictured and clean. The beach was beautiful. The area was quiet and family friendly which we love. The pool being right beside the beach was a major plus for us with kids! We do plan on returning.

We had a really great stay here. What we loved: steps from the beach, stocked kitchen with necessities and basic spices. Loved the balcony and all the beach toys and chairs. The two main beds were really comfortable. What could be improved: The mattress on the pull-out sofa bed was awful, I felt bad my teen son had the sleep on it. The pillows weren’t great either. We needed to get a few extras like laundry detergent and paper towels. We would’ve needed more TP if we stayed another day. Overall, we loved this property and would stay again!

Although the apartment was well appointed ther was limited closet space as the owner had most bedroom closets full of their stuff. Also, it was difficult to have the temperture up higher than 73 degrees as the out side temp was cold most of the time we were there.

Unit was nice and clean. I thought that the tv in the living room should have been hooked up to Spectrum and not Pluto. While I knew that the elevator was not working when I booked the unit, I was disappointed that in the 8 days we were there not one person ever came to work on it!

The lettering on the stove was missing so you had to guess the temperature settings. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold. Sometimes the elevator would extremely long time to get to a floor. I felt like I was about to get stuck in the cab. Master bedroom was hot during the night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience mirrored the other reviews! Everything we needed for the beach including towels, umbrella, chairs, toys, and even a float. Only thing you might need is a tent if you have a bigger group. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook meals at home, only thing it didn't have was a blender lol but that wasn't a big deal. The small building size made it feel like we had our own pool at times. Even the beach wasn't crowded at all which was great. So easy to go to the pool or beach or back up to your room if you forgot something. We've stayed in this area for the past 10 years and this was definitely our favorite place so far. Balcony was great for eating breakfast or playing cards. We visited our favorite spots including Maggie Mae's, PJs, Beach Pizza, Smugglers Cove, Candy Kitchen, Seabreeze, and Salt Rock Grill. If you have 20 minutes to chill inside check our the Indian Rocks Beach Museum, it's a quick break if you need a break from the sun or rain and can a learn a few things ha! Also check out Sea-N-Things boat cruises, we had the best time! Definitely recommend this place! Would come again!
