Stayed Nov 23, 2025The Condo was in excellent condition and everything as shown. We had a little issue with the internet dropping and the host resolved that with the provider, just some updates needed in the router. The grounds of the resort were well kept and the hot tub and pool were good. The fitness center had one of the treadmills broke down for our entire stay of 30 days.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Have been to Galveston several times, love it. First time staying at the Dawn. The unit was everything it promised to be. Clean, well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Nam and DJ were excellent hosts. Quick to answer any questions. Went out of their way to be sure our stay was all we were hoping for. We look forward to staying here again.

Stayed Dec 20, 2023Perfect location. Stayed for a month. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and, of course, right across the street from the Gulf waters. Ground floor unit with very close secured parking. Although slightly dated, this property was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.
