Peaceful Paradise 5 minutes from beaches

The only thing we didn’t like was the camera in the enclosed porch area, it should have been on the entrance door to see who was coming in or out. We didn’t sit out there because we felt like we were being watched.

My husband and I enjoyed our escape from northern winters at this lovely condo. The location is just 10 minutes from Madeira Beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I used the fitness center several times a week and we also played shuffleboard and used the pool on occasion. The owner was very responsive when there were some minor repair issues or questions. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Beach chairs need replacing. Everything else was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and convenient to attractions nearby. The one drawback was bedrooms could have used a dresser or some sort of drawers to store our clothes. TV’s were fantastic.

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo was clean and the decor was very appealing. The condo was nicely stocked and the owner was attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our month very much! The condo complex is very nice also.

Nice place

We stayed one month at this property and were very pleased with the overall experience. Conda was on the 2nd floor and was clean, updated decor and only 10 minutes to Maderia, Reddington, Indian Shores and Treasure Island beaches. Also, the Seminal City Centre is minutes away with great shopping and restaurants. Added benefit was the Pinellas Trail runs close to the Condo complex for those that like to walk, run or bike. The complex is nothing fancy, but it's clean and the residents we met were very warm and welcoming. The owner of the unit is great as she provided a listing of things to do in the area and was very response when I had questions. If we make it back to this area, will not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was as advertised. The interior of the condo was up to date and clean. The grounds were well taken care of and well maintained. The pool had plenty of seating and was a 2 minute walk from the unit. Stores and beaches were all just a short drive from the unit. The owner quickly responded any questions we had.

We loved the gated community and closeness of the condo to so many beaches! Plenty of room for 4 of us for the week! Beds were amazing and towels provided were high quality! Beach chairs and coolers and toys left there made our beach days fun and easy! We will be back!

First of all cleanliness is A+ Lovely place to relax in quiet area. Soft colors gave feeling of beach and sun! Bedding, towels, even dishes were good quality. Great taste and decoration. Pool so clean salt water no chlorine smell. Property manager communicated very quickly. If you want to be close to the beach but not in all loud traffic, in a nice extremely clean and quiet place - this is it!!
