Stayed Jun 5, 2024The check-in process was easy and the unit had good amenities for a longer stay. It was a bit warm (early June) and had we stayed longer we would have wanted the window air conditioners installed. The owner of the property was responsive.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo! Inside was just as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen and had everything we needed. The bed was also suuuper comfortable and we really enjoyed warming up by the fireplace in the evenings. The two beanbags upstairs in the loft were large enough for our boys to pull together and sleep across!! The host is super responsive and fixed a chirping smoke detector same day. Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Great location to access outdoor recreation areas. Nice one bedroom townhome. Owners have updated the bathrooms and kitchen. Tight parking. Wonderful views.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We enjoyed this condo. The spiral staircase was a big hit for the kids as well as the loft. The comfy king bed was great and two bathrooms is very nice. The views especially at sunset are a marvel and nightly deer are delightful! We saw great blue heron and other birds at the lake as well.Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed Jun 10, 2025The condo was super cute. Looked like the pictures. The only thing I’d have to say negative was that the door lock was not easy to lock, had to slam the door to get it to latch and be able to lock the deadbolt. The bed was extremely comfortable and the surrounding was peaceful.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023I enjoyed my stay in Pagosa Springs. The location was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, a minor inconvenience was the lack of extra toilet paper, which ran out during our stay. It would have been helpful if there were spares readily available. I will stay again if I'm ever in the area.
