Peaceful Beachfront Vacation, Pool, Hot Tub, Tiki Bar & Tickets Included for Top Area Attractions!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room and access to the beach was great. The room did need updating. The bathtub was rusted around the drain and the burners in the kitchenette looked really old. We didn’t do any cooking so that didn’t bother me. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was appreciated. Any questions were answered promptly.

The hotel itself is fine. This is our second time there. The property was booked via expedia, however the third party was involved. Thus, we had to communicate via specific number to order towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. That means you could only get those items next day. The room (rusty bathroom) needs an update. There was a kitchen/plumbing issue in the floor above, but the plumbers had to work in our room. No one warned, nor contacted us and in the middle of the day we enter the room with doors wide open with 2 guys working on pipes in the kitchen. Was not a very pleasant experience. They had to work there for another few hours, (as they told) so our plans had to be modified. We had to leave for the rest of the day. The property manager came up and apologized, he was very polite, however no one offered anything complimentary for this inconvenience. I believe the hotel management would have done that if we would have booked with them.

We loved the location and the space/balcony area. However the room is very outdated. The beds killed my back and I'm only 28 lol. Also the place was not very clean. The dishes and drawers in the kitchen were dirty and dust was caked on the fan and ceilings. Our feet were black within a few mins of walking around without shoes on. The sheets and bathroom did seem clean though. The pool was great and so was the Tiki bar. We loved it down there! the staff at the bar was super friendly and the drinks were cheap and strong. The walk to the beach wasn't far at all and the showers to wash the sand off were cleaned daily which was cool. Over all we loved the place but wished it was cleaner and the parking was better, but for the price it was not terrible. Only about 20 cars can fit on site. others park across the street which is pretty busy during the day. There is a cross walk but it is not directly in front of the hotel. Would stay here again, hope this helps.

The view was good. The unit we stayed needs some work and updating. We would stay at the property but not in that unit.

My wife & I love to travel to Florida. This was our 1st time in this specific area (Treasure Island) & we loved it. We very recently sold a property rental in Cape Coral, so I'm aware of what goes into helping guests. I-Trip does a great job. The views from our condo were incredible. The condo itself needs some serious/immediate updating, but it was comfortable/clean. I would definitely use iTrip again, but perhaps a different unit. We're already planning a return for June, or before.

The host was great! Kept us well informed of our booking and gave us lots of information of different attractions around the area. The beach view was amazing! Overall clean room and well kept property with very friendly staff

Great view of the gulf .. close to a few restaurants in walking distance .; friendly staff … awesome poolside tiki bar with yummy drinks and light snacks. Could have had a lil More attention to cleaning detail but all in all excellent place !

Beautiful beach front view, water just steps away! That is why I book here!!!! Room 513 had all we needed…clean, very comfortable beds and pillows!! Fridge, microwave and coffee pot all great, we didn’t use the stove. Beach towels, small cooler, umbrella & chairs for use! The only problem we had is that the shower curtain rod kept falling down. We got it to stay after a few times. Made for some laughs! I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Overall was a good stay, had a little issue the first night and while it took a while to resolve it, they did so as quickly as they could. Good communication, overall I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. I will book again in the future. The room was not the cleanest. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Perfect for a nice get away

It was my husband’s first time to Florida seeing a palm tree and the ocean. Our ocean front room was so beautiful to wake up looking out to see a beautiful beach and the Gulf breeze was spectacular

We had a great time! The property had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and the view was amazing!
