Pavilion Escape – 2 Pools, 2 Hot Tubs & Gym

ROOFTOP MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 13 – JUNE 14): Please note that the rooftop maintenance program will take place over 9 weeks in sections to minimize disruption. THE MAIN ROOFTOP POOL (LEVEL 8) WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 8–14. Jacuzzi 1 will be closed April 13–26, Jacuzzi 2 will be closed April 20–May 3, and the gym will be closed for 3 days during May 11–17. Additional temporary closures will affect the smoking area (May 4–10), south lounge area (May 25–31), and pool shower (June 1–7). Most rooftop amenities will remain open and accessible throughout the project. The pool on Level 5 will remain open and available to guests at all times during the maintenance period.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a plush king-size bed with soft linens, an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, white noise sound machine, a smart TV for your entertainment, and an ample closet to store all your belongings.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a dream for those who enjoy cooking, featuring sleek countertops and modern appliances including a fridge, gas stove and oven, and a dishwasher and garbage disposal. It's fully equipped with all the essentials, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen, a charming dining table with seating for two that offers a perfect spot for intimate meals.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room is filled with natural light, making it a welcoming space to unwind. An 80 state-of-the-art smart TV dominates the room, offering plenty of entertainment options. The inviting seating area flows seamlessly toward the private balcony, where you can relax with a morning coffee or evening drink while soaking in the views of the bustling city below.

COMMON AREAS - PAVILION
What truly sets this condo apart is its location on the same level as the Pavilion’s stunning lap pool, giving you easy access to a refreshing swim, as well as a great place to snuggle into the comfortable outdoor furniture to read a book. WIFI in the common area too! The building’s rooftop takes the experience even further, with a second infinity pool offering panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta, two hot tubs, a fully equipped gym, a BBQ area, and multiple lounge areas to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

TV INFORMATION
Both TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to sign-in to your accounts for the following channels: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Crackle, YouTube, Apple TV, Nord, and Express VPN. Bring your firestick, Roko, or another device to connect to the TV. You may need assistance from your own VPN.

PARKING
Underground parking is available at no extra charge. You must inform them before arriving.

Other details to note
This condo is in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's best nightlife. While staying here, you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends), you may experience noise from the nearby bars.

*** Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Beach equipment, including beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use from Lifestyle Properties for a fee, one block away from the Pavilion building.
