Guests should note that stairs are required to access the balcony and shared exterior amenities, including a washer and dryer located on the second level. For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras record audio and video 24/7.     Condo was newly remodeled, clean and in a fantastic location. Patio access is huge plus for watching sunsets and offers outside sand free space away from the beach.

    Host was welcoming. They did a great job with the place after the hurricane. Out of the units we saw there, this was the nicest. Had a full size refrigerator and 4 burner cooktop and oven. Very conveniently located to the restaurants and main area to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay there again.

    I have stayed several times in this property. It is a great location and has great amenities needed for a vacation. My last stay I didn’t get a response for a clogged sink, but this time I received a phone call checking to make sure everything was good. That was welcomed!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spot is perfect for a Passé a Grille get away. Enough sleeping space for 2 plus updated kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer a bonus. I am a repeat customer!

    Not enough instructions, can't use the coffee maker because you did not specify it was using pods instead of regular coffee. Can't use the TV, it shows only one channel and without closed captions. The floor rug was dirty and old. The towels were rough. Needed fabric softener. The entrance is depressing. The parking is not a given, if you left it during the day, you don't have one when you come back to the property! Except it was beach front it was expensive for the value received! It is better to stay at a hotel!

We have never stayed at this particular hotel and was a little skeptical at first but WOW what a huge awesome surprise we got when we opened the room. Everything I was absolutely perfect!     Beautiful condo, location is perfect. Very clean which we appreciated. We knew the size was small since we have stayed in the condo building before however since this is one if not the most expensive ones to rent we expected nicer amenities. We received 2 beach towels, both so old they had stains and were scratchy. The beach chairs were stained and rusted where the other condo units around us had really nice ones. The umbrella was broke, there were only 3 glasses, 3 spoons, you were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper, just really cheap items. For the money you spend on this size condo, the amenities needed to be better. Also, you are on the first floor, so whenever the neighbor above you wakes up, you wake up.

    This was a perfect location. Walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. 4 days without getting in the car. Clean and comfortable. Easy. Priced well. Beach and Pass-A-Grille are amazing!
