Partial Ocean View: Hilton Head Island Condo!

Great facility! Lots of amenities and easy access to a beautiful and clean beach. Everyone's was friendly and courteous. Loved our stay. My family would absolutely come back.

The condo was recently remodeled and extremely nice. The pool is very close and the general grounds are quiet, cleaned, and generally well maintained. The complex is connected directly to the beach.

This was a lovely condo. My only concern was the code to enter our room was posted on the box by the door for anyone to see. I did call the property manager with concern, and while he was kind on the phone, the issue was not resolved. I determined since I had text messages, if anyone accessed the condo and took anything, I could take the issue up with VRBO. I appreciate the properties on VRBO. Check in staff were awesome.

We go to HH 2-3 times per yr this was one of the nicest units we had stayed at but it had its issues:The parking pass was not ready when we stopped at the office.That took about 45min to get it resolved( big pain after a days travel) The unit had WiFi issues- they had given us a wrong password. Again just issues that you shouldnt worry about when you first get in the unit. And lastly the cleaning crew didnt do a great job cleaning up the place before we entered the unit. Sandy floors,stuff underneath the master bed and crumbs on and in the sofa bed. these are all issues that are preventable!

The condo is well updated and consistently clean (we have stayed here many times). Mark does a great job managing the condo and in general, the complex is top notch.

The unit was extremely clean and well kept. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and boards available, as well as kitchen supplies etc. There were many activities for kids in the daytime. The property manager Mark was extremely professional and helpful and responds quickly for any questions you have.

Easy communication with the owner. Prompt email with the details. Location was very convenient. Condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Would recommend and stay here again.

The entire experience has been great

We recently stayed in Hilton Head and had a great experience overall. The property manager was fantastic—very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was smooth, though the front desk initially had a bit of trouble locating our reservation. The amenities were excellent once we found them, but we didn't discover the main pool and beachside bar/restaurant until halfway through our trip; having a welcome binder or in-unit info guide would’ve been really helpful. The unit itself was comfortable and accommodating, but it could use a thorough deep cleaning—especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The comforters on the beds didn’t feel freshly laundered, and the extra blankets in the closet were sitting in laundry baskets and clearly had not been washed. There were also no cleaning supplies provided, so after a trip to Walmart, we ended up leaving the place cleaner than we found it. Still, a lovely stay in a beautiful location!

The location close to the beach was nice as was the pool area. Condo was clean and well appointed. Check in had some hiccups but it worked out. Just wish weather had been better.

Condo was perfect for our family. Host was attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying. We will be back.

This condo far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked. The condo has extra touches that make it feel warm and inviting.
