Partial Ocean & Park Views Condo at Luana Waikiki Near Shops & Restaurants

Great location with great view from the lanai. Had most everything we needed for a vacation. Looking forward to our next stay.

This property was in a great location in the middle of Waikiki. Walking distance to the multitude of shopping centers, restaurants, and beach. The host was prompt when replying to messages. The room was clean, spacious, and included additional items you can use at your leisure such as beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, and a cooler. The only downside to our stay is that because the room is booked through a 3rd party despite being in a hotel, room services weren’t available. Understandable as this is common with most VRBO properties, however being that we had quite a long stay it would’ve been nice to at least be able to have some sort of cleaning service with all the sand and dirt that’s easily trackable throughout the room. Aside from this, it was a wonderful spot with a lovely balcony view, perfect for my partner and I’s vacation. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere that offers convenience and leisure!

The location was wonderful with nice views of the park and ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel is just tye right size and east to navigate without long hallways. Beautiful pool and Lobby and quick walk to park and beach.

The location is the best quality of this rental. There are so many things in walking distance. Great view of the park area and partial ocean. The cleanliness of this unit was subpar. The curtains were dirty and falling off the rod. The pictures on the listing are not up-to-date. The trashcan was broken, the sink in the bathroom had soap residue around it and there was a large stain on the ironing board. There weren’t accessible outlets to plug in your phone on the nightstand. When I arrived with my rental car, the valet told me that private rooms within the hotel are not able to valet in their parking garage. This was news to me because the rental property told me days before I arrived that I would be able to valet in their parking garage. I had to park my car down the street at another hotel and if I wanted to valet my car and take it out at any time it would be 55. That is 15 more/day than the valet at the hotel of the rental. Some of these may seem like minor inconveniences, but make a difference in the long run. The hotel staff was pleasant and the amenities were decent. The rental staff was responsive. Overall, this unit needs a few upgrades.

The hotel is a good starting point for a Diamond Head road course and also for Alamoana Beach course run.

Perfect location in Waikiki, can walk many places, easy to take the bus to others. Great and helpful staff at Luana!! Would highly recommend!

The property manager was very responsive. The room was as advertised. The best part was the balcony faced Fort DeRussey park and the ocean. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets on the balcony

Room was clean and well equipped. Curtain on patio door needs fixing. Couldn't open it all the way. Great location. Only negative is no safe in the room. We usually stay here through the hotel directly but decided to book through VRBO. Good experience.

Through this park you can go to major hotel restaurants. Also Kapiolani park and Alamoana beach park are walking distance. This location is really a gem.
