Stayed Jul 14, 2025Fantastic condo in a great location. We spent 3 nights here and loved the ability to just walk out the door and explore downtown Traverse City. So close to great restaurants and shops. And the beach!! Parking next door was easy and convenient. The condo was beautiful- great for 2 couples. Plenty of room, nice linens and comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 11, 2025Perfect location to all things downtown Traverse City. The condo is very clean, great amenities, tons of natural light and quiet given how close to downtown. Parking in the structure is super convenient! The radiant heat floors in the bathrooms and towel warmers were a pleasant surprise! Would highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Property was exactly as described. It’s very close to all the downtown area has to offer. Parking will cost you $20 per night but the garage is right next to the property making it easy to get in and out should you have to go anywhere that can’t be done on foot. Place is very clean

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Property was comfortable and well-stocked with everything from coffee and creamer to Ziploc bags and paper towels to hair dryers and curling irons. The host Ryan was easy to reach when the door code was incorrect and he sent the correction right away. The only negative thing was completely out of the host’s hands: noisy birds woke one bedroom’s guests at 4am daily.
