Stayed Jun 21, 2025Probably the most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Lovely condo owners were super communicative and anything we needed They were right there to help. Super nice guys. Wasn’t crowded all the guests. There are very nice to everyone. Walk across the street to John’s pass with crosswalk. It was just a lovely lovely time.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Our condo was clean, attractive, comfortable and well located. Our balcony overlooked the beach and was near the pool as well. The proximity of John’s Pass was big plus. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024To say this place was incredible is an understatement! From making the reservation to checkout, it was the smoothest transaction. The place is beautiful with spectacular views. It had everything you would need for your vacation ! The beach accessories were a huge bonus and very thoughtful . The condo is extremely clean . Beds and couches were so comfortable. Instructions for check in and check out were simple. It was ready before the policy stated check in time of 4PM and he texted me to let me know we were welcome to check in and start our vacation! Any questions I had , he was quick to reply with the utmost professionalism and genuine kindness. It’s in the perfect location. It’s close to everything and a walk across the street to John’s Pass yet it still has a quiet relaxing vibe and the building feels very private . Walk right out to the beach or pool ! Hands down the overall best experience I’ve had in Florida !! Thank you for everything !!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We loved our stay! We have stayed in many VRBO's and I can say this was hands-down the best overall. Will and Grasen are great hosts. The check-in process was smooth and all instructions were clear. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need and CLEAN. You can't beat the location. We didn't need our car at all while we were there. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We saw dolphins and manatees everyday. Thank you Will and Grasen!
