Paradise South in Bonita Springs #4302

This condo was incredible. The beds were so comfortable, and everything was amazingly clean. It had everything we needed for a wonderful trip. My daughter loved the pool, and the proximity to the beach was excellent!My issues are soley connected to the rental agency. Our check-in was not ideal. We did not receive instructions ahead of time. In addition, once we were given information about check-in - the focus was more on telling us about the condos for sale vs. helping us with having a successful rental week. Lastly, we were not given any heads up that was major construction happening less than 50 yards away from our patio. I believe this is a major oversight of the rental manager so be aware.

Nice weather but construction noise was annoying

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful. Loved the pool, tiki bar/restaurant, and beach shuttle.

Nice property and location!

The location is great. Close to shopping, beaches, parks, and anything you could want. The facilities are awesome. The resort pool is large, warm, and a lot of fun, especially with the pool bar (The Groggy Frog) right there. The quiet pool is a great place to just hang out and read a book. The grounds are very well kept and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Kris a the bar. The unit itself was as described and looks just like the pictures. It is well equipped with everything you need for a extended stay. A little dated and could use a little paint but overall very comfortable and homey. As with most rentals there are a few minor things that need repair, like the Lanai door needs to be lubricated to make it easier to open, but overall, the unit was great. One word of caution would be the construction next door to the condo complex, that will be going on probably for the next 2 years. The condo is well insulated from the sound but if you open the lanai doors you will definitely hear it.

The unit we stayed in faced the small quiet pool on the third floor. It had everything we needed although it said it came with beach chairs and we didn’t see any. Everything in the place was nice, clean and comfortable. We had trouble with our Internet, most of the time we were there, so that was not great, but we would definitely return for all good things.

Bonita Village is a great vacation rental. Everything was perfect, condo, swimming pools, the island house with the gym and everything to spend great moments.

Great location great pool nice and quiet

Condo was well equipped. Clean , very nice furniture, well kept and modern. All appliances and refrigerator gadgets were in working order location close to the beaches , shopping malls , restaurants and our friends staying in Naples extremely pleased with the staff and the grounds and pool areas
