Stayed Oct 22, 2025Great beach access and helpful information on nearby restaurants was provided. We did leave behind “Fluffy” our puppy’s favorite stuffed animal. He is probably under the very comfortable bed.

The location was great, the room was stocked with everything we needed, the place was spotless, the grounds outside were beautiful and corresponding with Joe and Christine was a breeze! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the Cape!

Stayed Sep 2, 2025Lovely unit with all the basics required for a stay, plus a private patio with comfortable seating, and private outdoor shower (a must-have for a true Cape vacation!). We also enjoyed the gas fire pit and seating on the lawn and garden area. We were also happy to have safe places to walk our dog. Parking was easy, the location quiet and convenient.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Unit was in excellent condition appears to have been recently updated. Had a walk in shower with seat, my wife has mobility issues this worked out well for us.

Stayed Oct 22, 2024This is an excellent place to stay for a couple. Great location, beautifully appointed accommodation. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond by allowing us to switch our original date in Sept when my wife got ill the day before our trip. You don’t typically see that type of understanding today and we greatly appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting the Cape.
