Stayed Aug 2, 2025Nice Condo. Gulf side bathroom exhaust fan does not work, I had to also plunge the shower drain on the 1st day. The cleaning service should check these things they are the eyes and ears for the owners and management, Will I be back YES.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The condo had a beautiful view and was peaceful. On the balcony there is nice furniture with a table. Perfect for eating dinner or morning coffee. The kitchen was equipped with everything my family and I needed to make meals for the week. An added bonus, this condo has a storage room across the hall where we could put all our beach stuff and keep the sand out of the condo. The property's pool and basketball court are well maintained and easy to access. The owner was always available and accessing the condo upon arrival was very smooth.

Stayed May 17, 2025The place is wonderful. The location to the pier is excellent and the beach access is easy and just a short walk from the condo. The owners are very responsive to question, needs, etc. They respond in a timely fashion and even follow up to ensure your visit is going well and that things are taken care of. The unit was clean and perfectly supplied with all the necessities need to enjoy a vacation without braking the bank.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We really enjoyed this location. Close to Pensacola and local restaurants. Lots and lots of storage in condo. Pictures dont do it justice. Patio area was nice, lovely view of morning sunrise. Walk in shower in master is real nice. We didnt use second bath, but shower tub combo looked nice. Bed was comfortable. Lots of bath towels. Nice to have gated location so you dont have to be conconcerned if you leave stuff in car (we left our golf clubs).

The host answered all my questions quickly. The directions of everything in condo was very helpful. The is the BEST condo I have ever rented!!! I would definitely rent again?️?
