Stayed Jun 14, 2025We’ve been staying at Seaward for nearly 30 years so we are very familiar with the condo. The location is on the nicest stretch of beach, the pool has a view of the ocean, and you can see the beach from most of the balconies. The condo property has been upgrading things over the years, the stairs down the the beach, for example, although hurricanes can make that a necessity. In any case, new stairs, a beautiful clean pool, and well-maintained property make it a great place to stay. We’ve stayed at a few other condos over the years but nothing beats Seaward for me. We’ve stayed in a variety of units but this is one of the nicest, with updated kitchen, nice furniture, comfortable beds, and really comfy patio furniture. It was very clean. Walk in closet also. Though it’s further back, it still had a great patio view of the ocean and is close (but not on top of) the elevator. The 4th floor also gives it a good view. Would stay here again! Host was also very nice and communicated well.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We absolutely love the property and the location. The amenities are wonderful and the owners are attentive and very responsive. I never worry when I stay at this property. It is clean and so comfortable. The views are gorgeous and everyone we meet is so kind.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We have stayed at this unit now for a week for several years now and always enjoy it, Rich the owner is very responsive… kitchen selection and furniture selection is comfortable as well as the primary bed which is important when trying to relax at the beach .. location at this part of the island could not be better as it’s never over crowded as compared to other parts in New Smyrna … pool is also fun … will continue to rent here annually as long as we travel to New Smyrna

Stayed Jul 9, 2023Had a great vacation in NSB. Excellent property with plenty of room, good beds and great AC. We liked being away from the more crowded areas but close enough to many great restaurants and attractions. Owners were very responsive and accommodating with our very late check-in. If/When we vacation in this area again, will definitely check if this property is available. Thanks!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We have stayed here before… and will stay here again. In the past year they continue to upgrade contents and furnishings… the access to the unit via electronic lock makes it so easy to both check in and to go in and out to the beach daily when you don’t want to have to carry a key around. Unit overall is excellent with plenty of space and kitchen ware etc.. To me, the most critical when spending a week at the beach is to have a comfortable master bed as so many have awful beds .. in this unit I slept great each night. The unit is on top floor so even though at close to furthest point from beach near road you can still see the ocean from back deck and over the complex next door (you don’t really need a close view as you should be out on the beach or pool every day anyway!) Owner is very responsive to any questions (usually responding to me within 30 minutes of submitting a question). The pool is great and they have a new staircase down to beach post hurricane damage in 2022. Great to have washer dryer in the unit. The beach by the way is great and this location is rarely over crowded as to the north of the units there is one complex and then single homes (so not the huge complexes you find at other crowded parts of beach). We were so happy to see the beach still has plenty of width even with that the hurricane damage in 2022 in New Smyrna area. Go to JB’s, Norwood’s Treehouse Bar and the Outriggers Tiki Bar and Grill, Corkscrew restaurant.
