Great place! Great location. Our host was amazing. Gave us a lot of great tips on where to go and how to get around. Having the Sunrunner next to the condo was kismet! Took it downtown to see the baseball game at Tropicana field.

This location is absolutely the BEST. Steve responds faster than any host I have ever dealt with. He is always available for any and all questions. As a personal preference I would prefer a newer, firmer mattress, but that is a personal preference. I loved this condo.

The Weather. It was our first time St.Petes and the balcony let us experience all the weather.

We had a beautiful condo and the location on the beach was perfect. Our host was great and very helpful!

We loved our stay at Steve's condo. It was great to have a washing machine, and we enjoyed our coffee at his high top table out on the deck each morning. I never got tired of the view! We were within walking distance to many things.

Right on the beach beautiful! Nice unit, easy check in great amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in St Pete's Beach. This condo has everything we needed and was so convenient to the beach, the pool and local restaurants. The host was great. They sent us a list of recommendations and basic directions. And, the on-site manager made it very convenient to check-in and get our key to the condo even though we arrived late. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Very clean, updated rental with direct access to the beach. Property is also very clean and quiet.

This condo definitely looks better in the pictures, however the beach outside this condo was not crowded and very nice. Some seaweed, but nice for walking. The master bath shower has a curtain so the water sprayed everywhere and we could only use the other tub to shower. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of beat up pans and dirty dishes and no dish soap so we had to buy some and wash everything before we used it, but we made it work. Overall the place grew on us and we fell in love with the beach so we would consider staying in this building again but perhaps a different unit. The view was very nice though.

Beach was nice pool and hot tub was close everyone was friendly would love to come back

The place was absolutely amazing. The property owner was awesome and very friendly and gave recommendations on places to eat etc, pool area was very clean and relaxing. Great ocean views from anywhere in the room . We love the area and can’t wait to go back .

This property was perfect location for restaurants, shopping and beach days. Check in was seamless and the front desk was available for any and all questions. She was super friendly! The condo is exactly as pictured with nice updated kitchen and living area. Loved the ability to sit on the deck area with great ocean views for morning coffee and evening drinks. The set up was perfect for two people. Ocean was literally steps away! It was so convenient that the condo had umbrella, chairs and everything you needed to enjoy time at the beach. Highly recommend!

SPB is alive and well after the hurricane(s). I’ve stayed in this building before and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly neighbors. Well stocked kitchen. Steps from the beach. This apartment needs a bit of maintenance. One of the toilets wasn’t working (and wasn’t fixed during my week stay). Luckily there are 2 bathrooms so I just used the other. Also, the blinds need to be fixed- the bedroom isn’t private with the broken blinds. Overall- a great place near everything (shops and food). Just needs a little TLC.

Steve was great to work with and provided us lots of options to eat and have fun. The location is perfectly secluded for the pool with an easy access to the beach.
