Paradise Awaits at this Renovated Direct Oceanfront Condo. Near Flagler Ave!

An extremely clean and well-stocked unit. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The location was perfect! A beach restaurant right next door and a very short walk to Flagler Ave.

Amazing location, just steps from Flagler Avenue. Incredible ocean views, and a really accommodating and supportive host.

Great condo for my husband and I and our adult son. Really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Great views from 5th floor balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and shops on Flagler and easy free parking. The beach had a lot of seaweed while we were there which produced a not so pleasant smell on the beach and even on the balcony, but that is irrelevant to how nice the condo was.

This was a great condo. Very clean, well decorated. Exactly as advertised. Great view of the beach, pool was relaxing. Plenty of towels and linens, beach chairs. Very relaxing. Close to Flagler Ave, you can walk to bars and restaurants. Crabbys was fantastic for breakfast and dinner. We would highly recommmend this condo and would stay here again.

They were Jackhammering ceilings in units above us. Horrible noise / stressful. Cords/ electrical cords hanging past our balcony as “window washer “ unit brought workers up to site and removed rubbish. Sheetrock in main bedroom was in a poor state. Obviously a repair/remodel had been started but left unfinished

The condo is very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony. The dining table is very nice and accomodated our needs. I appreciated the variety of kitchenware. Only suggestion is to either invest in new mattresses for the twin beds or provide matress toppers. Would definitely stay again!

Spent two weeks here. First time in this unit, but have been to Oceania Beach Club many times in the past. Location can’t be beat for easy beach access, beautiful views, and a quick walk to Flagler. Minor negatives of the building is that the laundry room was quite busy and two machines were out of order the whole time, the pool is mostly shaded all day, and they charge $10 per day for golf cart parking which few people even use so it’s just a money grab. This particular unit is fairly updated and very comfortable. It’s at the end of the hall so quiet, and also sunny from the front which a lot of units do not offer as their windows face interior hallways. One thing we noted is that the drywall in the master bedroom and in parts of the living room had been cut away exposing pipes and cinder block behind it. The drywall pieces were just leaning up against the wall to block it and mold was growing on part of it. It appears there may have been a water leak or something that was remediated, but it was a peculiar fix nonetheless. Otherwise, the unit was clean and they provided a fair amount of towels and plenty of blankets and linens. I would also suggest they clean out items left behind from prior guests in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets because space was very limited for storage of our own things. We lost power at one point and the management company was quick to notify us with an update. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The view of the ocean is fantastic, whether from the balcony in warm weather or the living room sofa when it was windy and cool. We loved watching the dolphins and seabirds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Easy walk from condo to downtown, and easy drive to the Lighthouse, Canaveral Seashore, and the Kennedy Space Center. Check in was smooth, and manager responded quickly to my questions. Only issue was that some of the set-up wasn't quite as stated, e.g., remodeling isn't quite complete (some small pieces of drywall are waiting to be installed) and there was little toilet paper/paper towels, but on the other hand coffee filters were provided, contrary to the info packet. All in all we were very pleased.

We enjoyed being near Flagler Ave near all the cool shops and restaurants. Our condo was located perfectly in the center of Oceanview side of the property. There was zero noise. The sheets, towels and accessories were comfortable and thoughtful. We found everything we needed and look forward to our next visit.

Clean and neat and beautifully decorated. Everything one needs for a fun beach stay. Walking distance to Flagler Avenue for restaurants and shops. Eat breakfast right next door at Toni and Joe's right on the beach. Can't beat the balcony view at the condo.
