Fun condo with great views. Very comfortable and clean. On-premise staff was very helpful. My quads were in much better shape after the week and the stairs (we counted 156), but Ubers were readily available. Highly recommended.

We wished we could have stayed longer! Everything was exactly as described in listing no unexpected surprises. We knew about the road ( not that noisy) and the roof top night club, it’s to the side of the building not directly in front and they didn’t have music every night, and the steepness (we took a taxi or Uber up to the condo if we were tired) read the reviews. A lovely place and the owner James was so nice and helpful

This condo is comfortable and well appointed with everything you need. The views are spectacular. Karina keeps it sparkling clean 6 days a week and makes sure you have all the towels you need! Oswaldo takes care of any maintenance issues and keeping the property looking beautiful. He is very helpful! Karina and Oswaldo, thank you so much for taking care of us! The condo was great! Looked just like the pictures. Great location in walking distance of everything.

This was our first visit to PV and it was incredible. First of all, James was above and beyond when it came to helping us out. We had some odd hiccups when traveling in Mexico. I appreciated James helping us out and staying in contact while we adapted to the circumstances. It relieved a tremendous amount of stress. The location was perfect for walking the neighborhood, going to the beach, connecting to the Malecon, or catching ubers. The local restaurants are amazing. The small store at the bottom of the hill had fresh made beans, rice, and salsas that we stocked up on regularly. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool was a nice break after hot days. We loved everything about it and would stay her again without hesitation. Just a few notes: PV has small sidewalks, cobblestone streets, hills, and large curbs. This place is located at the top of a hill that requires navigating down steps regularly. We got our workout in everyday and did not have much of a problem, but could be an issue for someone who has more mobility problems. Also, the area is very quiet and charming. However, there is a rooftop bar across the way that has nightly performances. They start at 9 and finish at 11. The good news is that I didn't mind the sets and they did shut down promptly at 11, but if you are someone who goes to sleep early-- bring earplugs. Finally, there is no washing machine or dryer. There are laundry services nearby. We have a packable laundry machine bag that allows us to quickly hand wash loads of clothes and hang to dry. We did that for 10 days and it was fine for us. Otherwise, perfect for an adventurous/active couple looking for a nice place as a base camp to explore PV. We also highly recommend the PV eats taco tour. The condo was nice. Beautiful view on the bay. Good and safe location but there are 71 steps to climb each time we came back to the condo. Staff was pleasant. The building is very near from route 200. Noisy traffic day and night.

The property has wonderful views out to the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for in the apartment. The property owner was amazingly helpful throughout our stay!

James, Thanks for being a part of my stay in PV unforgettable. It was a slice of paradise I will never forget. Not only was the location perfect. But the staff and neighbours were incredibly welcoming, I came for almost a month to ork remotely and enjoy the warmth while my hometown froze. The trip was everything I could ask for and more. Exceptionally tastefully decorated and fully equipped condo with unobstructed view to the bay. Everything corresponds exactly to the description on VRBO. What is particularly noteworthy: James, the caring and attentive host, and his super friendly and dedicated staff on site, especially the maintenance and the housekeeping.
