Enjoyed our stay, the only bummer was the main pool being down.

Something that we liked was the back porch. It was spacious, comfy, and a great spot to sit at night. The apartment was fully equipped—working fans, working A/C, hot and cold water in the bathrooms and kitchen sink. It had good lighting and it came with a washer/dryer and a vacuum. Overall we had a great experience and would book again with the host. Something we thought they could improve was adding more cups in the kitchen for coffee or tea.

The condo was very nice and the balcony was huge.

An excellent place to enjoy a family vacation! Highly recommended.

The room had problems as well as the property. The balcony chair had a huge hole in the back of the chair, the living room patio door wouldn’t lock, the first day there the air stopped working, the second day we lost water, the third and fourth day people got stuck in the elevator and the fire department was called. The furniture in the pictures were not accurate. The fridge water and ice dispenser had so much mold it couldn’t be used for anything. Not a very pleasant stay and will not be coming back.

Condo was very old condition. There were smell in the condo.

Very clean, nice facilities and great location.

It was a clean stay and almost big enough for our group of 8. I think the only down fall is it is a very basic unit - nothing super special about it. It had basic cable TV and they didn’t even work that great. Also communication with the host was a Zero. I didn’t hear much of anything from the Vrbo app until I called the main place of service. We enjoyed our stay completely but I don’t think we’d come back to this place next year. We stayed at sandpiper cove last year and it was 10x better.

The furniture shown is not the furniture in the unit. The sofa is beige with small tear and slightly broken down. None of the t v remotes worked. Two just needed batteries which we bought and replaced and the third never worked which we reported to the rental agency upon departure. The dining room furniture is also not the same as pictured in the listing. The sliding door lock was not functioning. We forgot to mention that to the rental company. The rental company is wonderful and I am confident would have addressed issues. We have rented with them before. We love Ariel dunes and Seascape. We spend most February months in Destin. We love the heated pools, and security of the property. Overall not dissatisfied.

Good: Large apartment. Nice location. Reasonably priced. Large dining table. Huge, party size balcony. Westward sunset view. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Responsive property manager.Not so good:Bed linens weren't reassuring of their cleanliness. They weren't white and crisp. Had some off-white blotches. Pillow cases had hairs on them. Cover had lint balls. Posted photos of living and dining area do not reflect reality. Different furniture altogether. Same with the photos of the bedrooms - very different bed linens: lively in the photos, bland in reality.Shortage of plates and mugs. For claiming to sleep 8 it should have more. We were four, and had to borrow some plates from friends.Serious shortage of clothes hangers. Adding 6 more per closet should suffice.I guess it's not required, but I expected to have at least salt and pepper available. First rental without those. Usually there's oil, vinegar, and some other spices/herbs.The labels on the oven knobs have rubbed out completely. Took some time to figure which one turns what, and which position is high/low.TV remotes were missing batteries. Found spare AA-s, but remotes used AAA-s. Didn't need the TV anyway, but was a first as well.

Everything was clean and comfortable just the TVs didn’t work in one of the bedroom and living room but overall it was a nice stay

Very spacious, perfect for small families, wonderful space for you to sit out on the balcony and relax in the shade while overlooking the pool,

Great balcony, nice view of the pool. No hot tub was found, but many pools available.
