Panoramic Ocean View Penthouse Primary BR w/3 Balconies! 1,124 Sq Ft

Great spot! Very clean! Kitchen was well stocked, great view. Just good to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning.

Enjoyed proximity of apartment to beach with great balcony views exactly as described and pictured. Area appeared to be very well maintained and complex was very clean with good amenities. All required utensils, China, glasses, kitchen equipment, bedding, towels etc in good supply and appeared new, with modern and very clean appliances in kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as was the lounge area. Great family staycation enjoyed by all. Only negative point which was not a great concern is that some decor needed a little TLC.

I took my 5 kids alone and it was so easy and functional for a single mom and a smooth fun experience for my kids and I.

Nice accommodation in great location.

You can’t beat the location! Being a short walk from the beach, and listening to the waves as we slept was wonderful. The beds and couch were cozy and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The host checked in the condo was clean and well stocked very convenient to beach and local restaurants very enjoyable stay

Great location and great communication from host.

Wonderful condo, great community, safe for families and fun for everyone.

Place was great, sadly the only Oceanview was from the upstairs master bedroom. And although every room has TV's only the upstairs Master Bedroom is a Smart TV. So we all had to cram upstairs to log into Netflix to watch the fight. Also the elevator is hit or miss, we spent 75% of the time getting our steps in because elevator was unreliable when it actually worked. Property was safe, beautiful and location was walking distance to it all.

The top floor ocean views are amazing and the convenience of the location to the marina, the Strand, and maintenance of the grounds are really great! The management checked in and was very responsive. Make sure to read the description and amenities as there isn’t AC but that’s entirely on me and we only were at the condo enough to sleep. We came to celebrate our son’s birthday with some family so wanted a place we could all hang out and this definitely hit to make. I would recommend and stay again!

Great access to beach!!!The things we needed were available. There were enough towels for everyone plus one set of change of towels, which was great. Dish cloths and dish towels available. Dishwasher soap was also available. We most especially appreciated that there were beach chairs in the condo and beach towels. That was a definite plus! Communication was also prompt and easy. One small note for improvement would be to leave the salt in the salt shaker - the shaker had been washed clean. I don't think salt qualifies as a perishable. :) Also, the dishes were not child friendly. If you have small kids, you may want to bring plastic dishes from home.

The property was well appointed everything you needed in the kitchen. Linens were clean soaps shampoos conditioners were supplied. The location was good. Check-in was a little confusing but once she figured it out straightforward. Nice ithat there was an assigned parking spot.

This was a wonderful, beautiful place and perfect for our family. And the resort/village is great for keeping kids involved and happy. Oceanside is north of the best parts of San Diego but being at this village compensated for that. Highly recommend this condo!

It was such a great place we loved it the only thing we didn’t like was people from under us hitting the ceiling on us as if we were making noise we were actually interrupted our sleep by them hitting our floor that was unesasery. but other than that we enjoyed our stay we will stay again there thank u

We really enjoyed our visit. The unit we rented was exactly as advertised. It was close to the beach and the harbor. We do a lot of cooking and the only thing we found lacking were spatulas and whisks. This being said bring anything special that you like to use from home. As to the property in its entirety, it is not really kid friendly more like a 55+.
