This unit must have the best view in the entire complex. Simply gorgeous! Every desire and detail is carefully attended to in this beautiful condo. Pool, hot tub, sauna,Koi fish pond, floral garden paths, easy beach access, sound of the waves 24 seven were all a lovely dream come true! We even walked to the marina to rent kayaks, enjoyed food, ice cream, and shopping before walking back. Only improvement I can think of would be that the complex washer dryers and fitness center machines need maintenance as many of them were not working. We had such a lovely stay. If we can afford it… We’ll definitely be back!

Kitchen is newly remodeled and new appliances. Beach view is awesome from both decks but upper level deck view is the best! Place was clean.

Love the unit and complex overall. Really appreciated the easy check in and check out process and proactive engagement with the property management company. Can see how the unit might get hot in the summer but was perfect temps in December. We will be back!

We loved this property! We will probably only stay here whenever we visit Oceanside! The unit is super clean and well stocked with necessities for cooking. It's also conveniently located close to the elevator for easy move in and move out. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Close enough to hear the ocean constantly, far enough away not to have to listen to the street noise of the strand. I have nothing but compliments and can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect quiet resort close to beach. Listened to the ocean every night! Only complaint was that it was a bit hot upstairs. Fans helped a bit. It was just unusually humid when we were in the area.

We would head to the beach early in the morning morning, build some sand castles, boogie board, and then head back to the room for lunch before heading down to the pool. We really enjoyed it. The condo is really well done and newly remodeled. It was fairly hot mid 80s while we were there and while during the day it was warm in the condo (no AC) however in the evening we would open the windows and it’d cool down. We will for sure be back. Well worth the trip!

Wow! This resort was absolutely incredible! The grounds were stunning! The flowers pure perfection. We loved the pool and hot tub! Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. We will definitely be returning!! Our room was great! Comfy beds! Oh one negative was there’s no AC - but luckily it was cool outside so we opened our windows at night.

Loved this location....minutes from the beach and short drive to Camp Pendleton Main Gate. Also loved walking to the pier, restaurants, and the Thurs Market. The condo itself was lovely. Had everything in the kitchen we needed to make a few dinners- the coffee filters were amazing as I had forgotten to get some. The onsite grill was great. The two patios had nice views and loved hearing the ocean all night. The onsite pool, hot tub, and garage parking were great bonuses. The management people were great with text and phone messages to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all a wonderful stay and I highly reccomend.

The kitchen and linens were well stocked. It was great to be able to walk to the ocean without ever hitting the street. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the family. Two things that would improve the stay are adding more towel, racks and places to hang wet swimsuits and wet towels; and doing something different with the laundry room. I know the laundry room is not up to the rental company, but the app and laundry experiences were frustrating and expensive (I spent money on machines that did not work and will never see that money again).

We have stayed in a lot of beach front properties in Oceanside. This was our first time at North Coast Village and we absolutely loved it. So close to the beach and very family friendly. We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub in addition to the beach. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. (2 adults and 2 kids upstairs and in-laws downstairs). The master closet was huge and we put our kids on a queen size air mattress in there. The 2 porches were a plus. Nice kitchen and bathroom. 3 TVs. Everyone had room to do their own thing or hang out in the living/dining area as a family. We really had zero complaints, everything went perfectly! The beach outside of North Coast Village is big and nice and sandy (no rocks like the other end of the Strand.) We also went to Legoland which was only a 15 min drive.

We were not informed that the elevator closest to our unit was not working. Nor, were we given alternate instructions on how to get to our unit. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We should have been told elevator for this building was out of service and has been. Made it very difficult. Beach umbrella is broken. Water escapes from shower on to floor in upper bedroom. Bottom drawer right of refrigerator can’t be opened.

No spices to cook with other than salt and pepper. No storage containers for left overs. The towels were very poor quality and very rough with the slightest sunburn. We all were bothered by the feel of the towels. There were no beach items other than beach chairs. Tried to rent boogie board and there were none in walking distance. Too expensive to purchase for a couple of days. Disappointing. Bed were comfortable and hearing to ocean was lovely. All in all we enjoyed our stay. V

Great beach condo! Rob at security and check in was very helpful and explained parking policies and locations wonderfully! Even gave us a great seafood burrito restaurant recommendation! Thank you, Rob!

The property was nice. Checkin was slightly confusing and not very helpful with parking as we had 2 cars but only 1 assigned space. Going somewhere that sleeps six you would think they would plan for at least 2 vehicles. We got to our house it was clean and the decor was nice. We loved the patios. The beds were comfortable. The towel situation was a not ideal especially without a washer/dryer in the unit. If you’re staying for a week the towels should be exchanged at no charge. The gym was really nice. The elevator did break on our last night which left us walking down 3 flights of stairs with all of our stuff which was not ideal. I don’t think it was quite worth the price we paid but the location was wonderful to be walking distance to so much. Upstairs was a little stuffy even with the fans on. Also the owner should leave instructions on how to work the tv and maybe some favorite places in the area. Also update regarding fire pits as there are none and we were looking forward to that. This was the least communicative booking we have made as far as getting there and being helpful. The nightly sunsets and listening to the waves was definitely relaxing and that was wonderful.
