Our visit was so relaxing and the condo was exceptional. With all the damage from last fall to Maderia Beach and neighboring communities, I didn't realize how fortunate we were to get this booking until we arrived.. it is amazing what has been renovated, restored &/or rebuilt so far. The beach is beautiful & well maintained too. 10th floor with only 1 elevator was the only hiccup especially when they were both down one day. Walking down 10 flights not horrible but back up..gonna take me forever. I was either trapped inside the condo or on the beach. I chose the ⛱️!! One elevator was back in business around 4:00 pm. I look forward to next visit next year.

Beautiful property. Although a good distance from John’s Pass, it was in a great location. We ate at several restaurants that are in walking distance.

The apartment is comfortable, well-located, and the area is very quiet. One criticism is that the mattress on the small bed, which is no longer usable, should be replaced, and If that bed can be replaced with a slightly more comfortable one, all the better.

This was a great location. Close enough for all day excursions to Tampa and St. Pete. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great location and condo. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Very family friendly. Everything you need for a great vacation!

The property was well maintained. The condo is out dated and was unclean. Washer is rusty, floors dirty, pot holders and toaster oven filthy, sheets were stained, mold in fridge, dryer lint tray full of lint. One should not have to clean the condo before enjoying their vacation. Cost was very high when you consider condition of the condo. Area and weather was great.

The best part of this amazing condo was the balcony: amazing ocean view on the tenth floor, and the absolutely best furniture options! There were four high top chairs, two smaller tables, along with a patio table with six chairs. Other than walking the beach and enjoying the great pool area, most of our time was spent on the balcony. The host was amazingly responsive to our questions and needs. A response was always received within minutes. The property complex was well maintained, never crowded or noisy. The only thing missing was beach chairs/umbrella. We purchased our own noodles to enjoy in the pool (and left them behind for the next guest to use). We would definitely enjoy coming back again!

Suffice it to say we had a wonderful two weeks…especially enjoyed that the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We cooked in most nights. We added a few items to enhance future chefs’ cooking experiences there.

Had no idea construction of the beach was going to happen. I washed all the comforters and bedding except master room. There was a stain on comforter. Things felt dirty. Bed sheets are old and hardly any elastic to hod them on. The bathroom towels seemed new and stuff. Washed them also. Garbage can was filthy. Refrigerator clean. The master bathtub is shaped odd. No hand rail to get out we are in our 70’s and try to be careful. Other than that properly try to come back again.
