Welcome to Palmyra 4G, an AvantStay home!

This bright and well-appointed one-bedroom unit in the Palmyra building in the Mountain Village Core is everywhere you want to be. Within moments of walking out of your front door, you can be on the slopes, at one of the Mountain Village’s many eateries, or on the free Gondola to downtown Telluride.

Ample windows offer views of the Village Core Pond and Palmyra Peak, and high-end finishes such as stone floors, flat-screen televisions, and a king-sized bed grace this condo. A basic full kitchen and queen sofa sleeper that is sure to make your stay comfortable. Other features include a lobby-level ski locker, one heated garage parking space, and an elevator that makes coming and going a breeze.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not offer AC.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Please note, a large lot near this complex is currently under construction, with a new hotel being built.

Parking Details:
- There is one designated parking spot in the garage for this unit.
- Garage Height: 6'8
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- No street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The condo is a really nice, comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained place. The location is great and the management were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

    Great location close to the gondola and everything else Nice clean place, but could use some updating. Seemed to be a lot of scratches and dents in the furniture and on the baseboards

    Overall a very nice property right in the Village. Some problems early on with hot water, but staff was responsive and adressed. Linens could have been nicer, but everything was as advertised. Will definitely stay again.

    This condo was the perfect place for our Christmas ski trip. Close to everything and a short walk to gondola and lift! Everything was clean and had a warm cozy feeling after a long day in the slopes. Only wish would have been a Christmas tree as we spent Christmas Eve and Morning here. Would stay here again!

    Telluride is one of the most beautiful places to visit in CO. This condo is in a fantastic location (Mountain Village) and has easy access via the gondola system to town. We never got in our car after our arrival. The condo was clean and well appointed, had everything we needed. Check in and out was super easy. Any questions we had were answered right away. Highly recommend this condo.

    This house is the perfect place for a couple or small family to stay while skiing at Telluride. The listing was exactly as stated. Clean, all the hinges you would need in the kitchen, laundry, fireplace and comfortable living room and bedroom. Very short walk to the lift and easy to comeback to during the day for a break. Also very easy garage parking.

    Great location, easy check-in and check-out, unit a little warn around the edges and short of glassware. Overall it was as advertised and we would stay again.

    FYI, the map on Vrbo does not accurately represent the location of this unit. The Vrbo map shows the location as being right next to chairlift 4 and the ski school, which was the reason that we booked this unit. In actuality, this unit is on the opposite side of the Fairmont hotel. So double check addresses!! It is not a terribly far walk, but it’s not nearly as convenient as we had anticipated, especially with kids and ski gear. The unit worked out fine for a ski trip, with a locker for skis on the first floor and a small kitchen in the condo. However, this is a true one bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable. It was impossible for us to sleep there.

    The Palmyra condos were the perfect place for us to stay. The location is so convenient and the condo was clean and comfortable. We parked our car once and never used it again the whole stay.
