This spacious and well-appointed one-bedroom unit in the Palmyra building in the Mountain Village Core is everywhere you want to be; just moments of walking out of your front door you can be on the slopes, at one of the Mountain Village’s many eateries, or on the free Gondola to downtown Telluride.

Ample windows offer views of the Village Core Pond and the surrounding mountains. Adorned with a King size bed as well as a day bed inthe master in addition to the day bed and trundle in the living room make this home is the ideal retreat for your family's next getaway. Other features include a balcony, a full kitchen, lobby level ski locker, and an elevator that makes coming and going a breeze. One parking space in the underground parking garage is included with a maximum height of 6'8 Extended vehicles may not fit

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Please note, a large lot near this complex is currently under construction, with a new hotel being built.

Parking Details:
- There is one designated parking spot in the garage for this unit.
- Garage Height: 6'8
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- No street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

    The condo was very nice, but could use a little touching up. One of the covers for the blinds was missing, and one fell off. The oven apparently didn't work (although we probably wouldn't have used it anyway). Finally, although there likely isn't anything that can be done about it, the parking space for 3D at Palmyra is MUCH too narrow.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. The property was exactly as described and the perfect size for our family of four. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, extra towels and linens, and in-unit washer/dryer. We would definitely stay there again!

    Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. The condo was clean, well stocked, beautifully furnished, comfortable and in the best location - close to everything and yet very quiet. I want yo come back again and again!

    A very nice condo. However, the windows could use some work. They are VERY difficult to move up and down, especially the ones behind the extra bed in the bedroom, the TV cabinet, etc.

    We came to hike and relax. This was an excellent place to use as launch pad for our adventure. It’s a short walk to the free gondola to Telluride. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There are restaurants, shops and groceries close by as well as hiking, biking and opportunities to horse back ride and fish. There is in garage reserved parking too located next to the elevator. I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed in this choice.

    I stayed at this condo, for three nights for a quick trip to Telluride. The location is perfect and the quaint condo was more than anything I needed. I will definitely come back and stay here or with my wife or just alone again.

    They don’t get back to you. You can’t text, call, email. They never help with any issues. You’re on your own. Will never vacation with avanstay again
