Stayed Feb 12, 2024Great rental. Beautiful Wailea property. Short walk to some beaches. I mean short. My wife is not a big walker and we had rental car, but both of us we're impressed how quickly you can be right on the beach from this spot. It's as quiet a country cabin and a short walk or drive for as loud as you can handle. View the Ocean from the lanai! The only thing I was skeptical about was the negative reviews about bugs going in. But seriously the bugs are a NON issue. Just be tidy and clean up after yourself and you will love it. Look forward to the opportunity to stay again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this place to have a good kitchen. The kitchen was awesome - everything was clean and worked well. The fridge was very large. We used the grill one time and it was clean and easy to use. We saw staff cleaning it each day. Property was beautiful - lots of flowering trees. The smell of flowers outside was so good - I will remember that for a long time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner had 4 beach chairs. We go to the beach e ryday. One chair I took the first day was completely broken. The owner should have thrown it out. Another chair had the straps for carrying the chair on your back ripped apart, so you couldn’t put it on your back. The buckle strap was broken & therefore you couldn’t carry the chair. The owner needs to throw both out & buy new Tommy Bahana beach chairs at Costco. There was a cockroach in the sink in the bedroom one morning. My wife is afraid of bugs. This was our third time staying at unit 307 at the Palms at Wailea. We always start for a week.

The unit was clean, comfy, had all the amenities and checking in was a breeze. Lovely grounds, and the pool area is beautiful. Absolutely coming back next year.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024The stay was great. We did not spend a lot of time there. Not a place for children. Pool has very strict rules. Very quiet. Close to nice restaurants, beach walk. Wailea itself is breathtaking! Worth the trip from the East coast.
