Palms At Wailea 2002- RARE FIND - Multi Level townhouse in Wailea!

This was a beautiful location and I will definitely stay there again. It has a lot of room and the decor was beautiful.

Host is goodTownhouse is a long way from the pool and pool is up a steep hill. 15 minute walk to beachTownhouse is a bit cluttered and needs significant upgrades in the bathrooms. Overall the unit is dated and tired . It was clean and well supplied. However the thermostat was locked and could not be adjustedThe bidet in the master had a sign on it “do not use”TV system was quirky but we figured it out. However You need to put in your on logins to stream and we never figured out how to get local channels but not a big deal. Furniture was moderately comfortable. TV is small for a family room. There were beach chairs there however some were broken. Beds were not comfortable for us and the condo is quite dated. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well.Be aware. A busy road goes by the unit so road noise is a significant issue even at night. View from the upstairs patio is ok, you can barely see some ocean through tree canopy. It’s a functional unit but quirky. Not as good or as nice as we had hoped for. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family.

Great location. Walk to the best beach in Maui in 5 minutes. A block from the big hotels and shoreline path. Spacious unit with large lanai.

The furniture is outdated, but it was the best stocked condo I have ever rented and a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

My family and I had a two week stay at the condo and it was everything it said it would be. Clean, well-stocked with essentials and a terrific location.There was enough room for all and it was very conveniently located.Would not hesitate staying there again!

We really liked the heat pump unit instead of having a normal A/C. The beds are comfortable. Overall there is too much of the owner's stuff everywhere. It's a bit cluttered. Some things are updated and some things are old. I can imagine it must be difficult though to upkeep and maintain a rental so the owners are doing well with that. Some future upgrades could be - get rid of the entertainment center and mount a bigger TV on the living room wall with media storage underneath, install fans in the bathrooms, and maybe a bigger hot water tank. (all 8 of use could not shower consecutively and we take fast showers) Also, the road noise can be loud in the evening. It is an uphill walk to the nice pool. Overall though, we would stay here again.Bello Realty was very kind and patient with us. they are great to rent from.

Located in the heart of Wailea, we were only a 3-4 minute drive from shopping area, the beach, and the restaurants that we wanted to visit. Our family and friends had plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was clean and tidy. We appreciated the condo providing an ample amount of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas that we were able to borrow when we went to the beach. The pool area of the complex was modern and had a sunset viewing tower.I want to note that there is a short flight of stairs to the living area and master bedroom. Also, the bug screens over the windows in the master bathroom were broken and needed to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

Almost too much. The owners use this property a lot. They had personal items and clothes everywhere. Too much. They even left their car in the parking spot we were supposed to use. There is a hose near the front door to rinse off beach sand, but the handle had been removed, so we couldn't use it. That being said, the unit was clean and in a great location. Bello was great to work with. They let us get in early on check-in day which was wonderful since our flight arrived at 10am. I would use Bello again. I would recommend this unit if you are bringing children.
