Amazing if you have small kids as its ground floor and there is so much outdoor space. The condo itself was so clean and had everything you needed. From the moment we walked in we sensed the attention to the details that made our experience first rate. Creating meals in a kitchen so well stocked with utensils that were a joy to use, use of furniture that enabled us to dine comfortably and then relax on the most well appointed lanai while watching whales in the sunset was magical. Overall it’s evident this home is well taken care of and management responded very quickly to any concerns. We feel very fortunate to have stayed and thank the owners for sharing.Walks to keawakapu and Ulua beaches as well as easy access to shopping both in Wailea and Kihei make the location ideal.

It is in a great location, extremely well equipped with kitchen utensils, really nice glassware, plastic ware for the patio, beach chairs, tons of towels, etc. We appreciate the nice appliances too. I've mentioned before that an upgrade on the mattresses and pillows would be a great benefit for better sleep and an up-size in the living room television would be great! Unfortunately this stay, we had a family of five in the condo above us that had total disregard for the fact that their were residents below them. After two reminders from Maui Rentals with no change in their behavior, we almost moved to a hotel to get away from the 24/7 stomping, running and scraping of chairs, but couldn't bite the bullet for the cost of that. Despite the unwanted noise from them on this trip, this is a delightful place to stay.

It is a beautiful ground floor unit with stunning ocean views and a large lanai, which we used daily. The two bedroom, two bath unit is nicely appointed, but we were especially struck by the quality of the durable goods in the unit - from the dishware and cutlery to the beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The owners have thought of everything. Just sit back and enjoy. Aloha and Mahalo to the owners.

Reviewer Comments: Booked this unit, and right from the first moment, everything was handled professionally and swiftly.Payment process was explained clearly, we were notified about the dates and when information would be supplied and it was all on-time, and concise. Arrived at the unit late at night, we were tired and the everything was ready. The next morning we could really check out the unit. This place is great. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and there is nothing more we needed. The unit has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags, and everything you need for the beach.Also there was even some tools and some WD-40 to fix a sticky kitchen window latch. We did need to call maintenance for a running toilet valve, and it was fixed the very next day.The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there was an abundance of towels, and other amenities.The renovated kitchen is wonderful. We had stayed at the Palms in non-renovated units and the kitchen is kludgy. This updated kitchen works so much better than the original designs. Kudos to the owners for the redesign.Overall, this is a great unit, incredibly well stocked, and albeit it could have been cleaned a bit better (floors were gritty), I would love to stay at #1507 again.
