Palms at Wailea #1503 Look No Further, Best Location, Near Pool and Beaches

Wonderful accommodations, close to everything.

This may be one of our favorite rentals yet. It is conveniently located in Wailea. The condo itself is very quiet with no road noise and not too close to the pool to hear people there. Yet, it is an easy walk to get to the pool.We did walk from the condo to access the ocean. There are also a few difference ocean access points within 5-10 minutes by car that provide more parking opportunities than the one closest to the condo.The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. There are no room darkening blinds so we were awake earlier than we would've liked. The split AC units in the bedrooms worked well. The main part of the condo got really warm and stuffy when the doors were closed, but when we could open them and turn on the provided fans, it improved quickly.The kitchen is well appointed, but we did not try to cook in the condo because all the pots and pans are Teflon coated and have scratches in them. While they were a high end set when purchased, these types of pans are not considered safe. Replacing them would be a welcome upgrade.One other suggestion is to provide a fold up clothes drying rack.There is a storage box on the patio with small coolers and beach chairs, etc. A nice benefit for guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Maui. The owners have done an excellent job curating a comfortable and inviting experience for guests. We are grateful.

My 1 and 3 year old had a great time. Parking was convenient just outside the front door and location is close to restaurants, shopping & beaches. The area felt very safe and the condo was beautiful!

We have two teen daughters one 17 who experience anxiety and a 13 year old who wants to be busy. This condo was perfect for both daughters. Walkable to beaches for when our oldest wanted to go home. Had pool and hot tub for when our youngest wanted night swims. Condo was clean, really well organized and had everything we needed for enjoying the beach.

The appartement was perfect, great master bedroom and ok for the other bedroom. Very nice kitchen well equipped and with large window opening to outside patio. There you find a table for four, two long chairs to relax and a very confortable sectional sofa. We had a wonderful stay.

A beautiful unit within a great complex. Minor issue - the primary bathroom sliding door to the toilet is very hard to slide. We will be back some day when the U.S. president doesn’t treat Canada like an enemy.

The Palms at Wailea has become our choice for our Maui vacations as it is a five minute drive to the beach, quiet and centrally located in Wailea. This condo is well appointed, nicely updated and very comfortable. As others mentioned without central air in the main living area, it can be warm into the early evenings, even with the fans and the cross breezes from the open windows. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, which we appreciated as dining out is more expensive than ever, so we cooked in several nights of our stay.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at #1503 Palms at Wailea. The location was super convenient to explore the amazing local beaches all within a 4-5 minute drive. The condo itself is looks exactly like the photos on the listing and really well appointed. We have 2 kids under 7, so we spent every day at the pool which was nice and close. I would highly recommend this for families with young kids!

The bedrooms have AC. But the living space has no AC. We didn’t really need it in the living space but it would be nicer if the living space had AC as well. Fans provided stayed in in the living space. Downstairs location stays cooler naturally than upstairs locations.

Terrific condo and lanai, best viewing of sunsets and it was so relaxing at night sitting outside. Appreciated the beach supplies- towels, chairs and umbrella.

We loved everything about this condo. Perfect for my family of 4. The pool was just outside and steps away from the lanai. It was so relaxing to sit out there in the warm evenings. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The beach chairs and towels were great to have. The parking spot was just outside the front door. It definitely felt like home away from home. The pictures are exactly what it looks like in person. I can’t wait to rent this unit again.

An absolutely perfect, well appointed condo within range of all paradise has to offer.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We could just hang out on the lanai while the kids ran around in the grass at sunset. Comfortable beds, couches and the unit had everything we needed, including boogie boards. We will be back!

All the amenities and comforts we needed. Easy parking outside near the front door. Spacious enough for my husband, myself and our 30 year old daughter there for a four day destination wedding event. Loved the master bathroom size and large kitchen (thou we did not eat a meal there, just breakfasts). The light in this lovely condo was my absolute favorite thing, the many windows. Wish we were still there, #1503!!!! My compliments and thanks to the owner of that unit. The grounds and pool looked lovely too, but we never used the pool due to the demands of the 4 day wedding events. Thanks also, to Toni and Abigail at Rentals Maui who were always so pleasant to speak with, and Abigail even came up to the condo to assist with cable tv issues. This will be where we stay on our next visit to Wailea, Maui for sure.
