Stayed Jul 31, 2025stayed at this vacation unit in Palm Coast for two nights and absolutely loved it. The first thing I noticed was how immaculately clean everything was — from the floors to the linens, it was spotless. You can tell the owners really care about maintaining the space. The unit itself was cozy and well-appointed, but what really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable place to stay!

Stayed Jul 15, 2025This is the perfect place for a stay. Very convenient to restaurants, and other places to visit. As I stay for work it is within a mile of my work place so easy commute. The condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay whether you want to make a bite to eat instead of going out or several choices right downstairs if you venture out for a meal. It is very quiet and the parking garage is great for the inclement weather.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025The European Villlage felt very safe and there were good dining options however, the music from the courtyard was a bit loud at night. The balcony door didnʻt close well and was often open when we returned home so should be fixed.

Big bonus, they had a farmers market, and we really enjoyed the day, shopping, dining, making new friends. The owner was super helpful, easy to communicate with, definitely went the extra mile. Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay at Palm Villa Condo while checking on our house being built. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the beach and close to a variety of restaurants. We loved visiting the farmers market on Sundays, which added a nice local touch to our stay. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for an our stay. We also discovered a lovely walking trail right across the street, perfect for our morning walks. The management team was incredibly responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Palm Villa Condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!
