Composed of high ceilings and the perfect mix of nautical charm, the interior of the condo offers restful living quarters after days spent in the sand. The open living room overlooks palm and pool views and boasts easy access to a private balcony, furnished with Adirondack chairs. As the chef of your group utilizes the well-equipped kitchen, kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Sizable and cooled by central air, both of the bedrooms feature ample storage space and quick bathroom access.

HOA requires registration forms to be submitted by email BEFORE arrival and during check-in. The registration form will be placed in the unit and expected to be turned in to unit 100.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

* Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing bug spray and citronella candles for your stay.
* The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    I hope to use this building again in the future. It was reasonably priced and clean. The pool was very nice and the trees around it makes it very private. This condominium was very quiet and as close to a resort SPI could offer as a party island. I wish we had more time to stay there.
