Stayed Oct 26, 2025GREAT location to downtown (3 blocks). Very clean and updated condo, gated entrances for added security, 2 private patios, well equipped kitchen and 2 pools and a hot tub. We had a problem with the coffee maker and the owner brought a new one in hours. If we find ourselves coming back to PSP, this place is where we'll stay!

Stayed Nov 19, 2024Sean’s beautifully remodeled condo is the best private location in the complex and easy walking distance to many excellent downtown Palm Springs restaurants. If you enjoy trying your luck, Agua Caliente Casino is right across the street. Don’t delay. Book Sean’s condo for a perfect Palm Springs retreat.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Condo was well located. Could walk downtown to all restaurants and shops. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need and was very clean. Had an issue with the tv and it was attended to right away. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This condos condition was awful. Had not been cleaned by anyones standards. Pee around and under paper holder. Owner had it cleaned and cleaners did not clean the pee. Advertised as remolded. No floor boards, kitchen only had cabinets we couldnt even see in them they wew so high.. Every surfaces is awful. Poorly done dirty grout

Stayed May 10, 2024The place was clean the host was on my concerns (chirping fire alarm) right away. Location location. And the pool did not have many people in it. Compared to my experience at hotels.
