The Palm Springs Deauville is a strategically located complex styled after a French country manor. Its distinctive architecture and immaculately maintained grounds and gardens make it one of Palm Springs’ most desirable vacation properties.

This 1 bedroom + Murphy bed, 2 full bath upper unit is tastefully decorated, continuously upgraded, and conscientiously maintained. It contains everything you will need for a very relaxing vacation. The Living Room has cathedral ceiling skylights that bathe the living room with glorious northern light. The Kitchen has granite flooring and both the Master Bath and Guest Bath have marble flooring with carpet throughout the rest of the condo. In addition to the master bedroom's king size bed there is a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa and recliner lounge.

    We have stayed in this condo before so our return is a vote of confidence. The condo is well-equipped. It is some time since it was updated but that can maker for a more relaxing stay. It is more or less south facing so gets the sun on the patio almost all day. The hosts are very keen to ensure a trouble-free stay. The only drawback we encountered was the provision of only one keyfob for access to the interior of the complex. The condo is outfacing and to access the swimming pool, gym and car parks it is necessary to use a keyfob to unlock the security gates. This made it awkward when we wanted to do seperate things. If one person goes to the pool whilst the other goes for a walk or drive, the second person cannot rejoin the first readily. We were told that the restriction was imposed by the HOA management. I would ure the owners to provide two fobs.

    It has good “bones”. It’s very bright with beautiful French doors in living room and bedroom. 2 full bathrooms in a 1 bedroom unit is great. There is beautiful lanai and the property is amazing. Underground parking garage is unusual and appreciated in warm weather. Could use an upgrade of a refrigerator and range. It would be nice to not have to fill ice cube trays in a warm climate and only two (the small ones) out of four burners work. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. They truly care about their guests!

    Charles and Gina were great hosts, the property is very close to downtown and the 3 pools and hottub are terrific. When the owners are able I would replace the BBQ and put in a propane BBQ instead of the hibachi type. The Ralph's card in the condo was a super saving at the grocery store! We had a great month!

    Charle's and Gina's condo is exactly as advertised. It is a short walk to the centre of Palm Springs and very spacious for a one bedroom, with a large living area, two full bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with a view of the mountains and palm trees. The condo has had some updating and is in well-kept, original condition. The monthly rental is quite reasonable for the popular Deauville complex, with lush landscaping, several pools, and a fitness room. Communication was excellent, with clear directions for self check-in and a quick response to any questions. Thanks for an enjoyable stay, Charles and Gina.

    We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable, and we SO appreciate it being both affordable AND pet friendly!!! The location cannot be beat!! Right near downtown, super convenient location. We loved the Dauville complex, absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The multiple pools are great and they were never busy. Even within this nice complex we feel this particular unit was a great location, being convenient to the front of the property and front parking spaces. The balcony and views from the unit are so lovely, the sound of the water fountain out front is so relaxing, and it’s nicely shaded for most of the day. Our hosts were accessible and responsive. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! Hope to be back again :)

    It was in an excellent location for walking to town. Parking was convenient and abundant on site. We would love to stay here again. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there were very pleased with the location and the unit.

    Condo was a great location. Not inside the locked gated area. However, never felt it was a problem. Parked by fountains as garage is a ways to walk. Condo had everything needed to enjoy stay. (Except scissors). :) Would definitely book again!
