Access to the condo requires the use of stairs. you step into this beautiful space, you'll begreeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding city and mountains from the rooftop terrace. please note we don't have a pool at this property.

**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**

* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.


* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

    The layout is a little unusual, but this is a great apartment for up to 6 people. Lots of places to sit and spread out, with nice furnishings, comfy beds, and a very well-supplied kitchen. We also appreciated off-street parking for multiple cars—although we walked pretty much everywhere. A real find in downtown Palm Springs.

    The property and hosts are first rate, as is the location. However this Penthouse is in fact the upper floor of a two story retail store on an extremely busy street. It is very noisy unless all doors and windows are closed. The lovely big deck is directly over the street, and does not offer the relaxing experience we expected. That said, it is a good value, and truly beautiful

    Our stay was perfect! The host (Shirin) was very communicative and responsive leading up to, and during our stay. The location is right near all of the restaurants and shops so we were no more than 10 minute walk from anything. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 and we spent a lot of time enjoying the patio that overlooks the main street. The home was clean and everything worked well!

    We did not have a car and this location allowed us to walk everywhere. Just note it is not convenient to a real supermarket but at local shops we could pick up milk, juice, water, etc.Excellent kitchen.Comfortable beds.As they say you must carry bags up a flight of stairs on the outside of the building. This is not good for handicapped access or those who want to avoid stairs.You can hear music from outside most of the day and evening even up to midnight. The host is extremely nice and had good communication with us.

    Great spot for us to stay for Coachella. The space was actually huge and very nice. Shirin was great at communicating and even let us check in early which was super helpful. Only one minor thing was having half a paper towel roll but we probably could’ve asked for more lol. Second bathroom is small while the master is huge but if your group is good with sharing like we were then you’ll be fine. Loved the location of being right in downtown to explore. Great stay!     This apartment is incredible. It's clean, spacious, well stocked, and right on Palm Canyon Dr, which is the main street of Palm Springs full of great food, coffee, shopping and entertainment. We were never more than a 10 minute walk away from anything we wanted to do. The apartment itself is beautiful, large, and very comfortable. The covered, large patio that faces the main street is such a fun place to hang out and enjoy a lovely evening. There's even a dedicated parking lot behind the building! (We didn't have a car, but that's such a great amenity.) We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who wants to get a taste of living in Palm Springs and not just staying in a hotel.
