Stayed Nov 6, 2023Good value for money but noisy. Unit backs on to mall with beer store 20 ft from 2nd bedroom window. Multiple trucks back up with loud signal from 0430-0630 daily. No hot water. Called owner and was told issue was resolved but it wasn’t.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This condo was perfect for what we needed. Two bedrooms for our family of 4, full kitchen for some meals at home, and close to all the beaches and parks. Walmart and Publix are both right there. No need to drive far to get everything you need. Condo had a pool to keep the kids entertained in the evening. It was well stocked with essentials. It was a lovely stay for our 4th of July family getaway.

Stayed Mar 17, 2023We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We were there for Atlanta Braves Spring Training, and the location was great for the short drive to North Port. Many good restaurants are nearby. The host was accessible and very helpful. The condo is well-maintained and has everything you need. We hope to stay here again for future Spring Training visits!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023This condo was a great place to stay. The community is located just a short drive to the beach. It also was very quiet, which we enjoyed immensely. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. If I had one thing I would change, it would be the mattress in the master bedroom, it was alright, but probably needs to be changed soon. Loved our stay.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Property owner had to be there several times regarding internet/TVproblems, but she persisted until problem was solved. Pool was a delightful temperature and sparkling clean. Club house still closed due to hurricane damage.

Stayed Jan 21, 2023Lovely condo with shopping across the street and just a few miles from the beaches. Great walk in shower in master. The complex has a heated pool which was wonderful. Nice neighbors.
