The one story residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks on the property
and great restaurants are just minutes from the home. Juno Beach is a 15 minute drive and is one of
the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 10 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The Palm Beach Outlets are located off Hwy 95 and are only 15 minutes away from the home. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 20 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is about 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.


The home has an open floor plan with central air conditioning (new unit in 2019) and heating throughout and comes fully furnished down to the last detail. The large living room has an entertainment center
complete with large flat panel TV , surround sound and complimentary WiFi. The master bedroom is
furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall tile, ample closet space (the master bedroom has a walk- in closet), large windows for bright, airy rooms. Each bedroom is appointed with a flat panel TV and has its own full bathroom (master bathroom has a tub & guest bathroom has a walk in shower). All linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking! You'll find all the necessary appliances supplied including coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The stackable washer/dryer is located off the kitchen. The separate dining room seats for four.
Enjoy beautiful views from your large, private outdoor patio furnished with a patio table, chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment, as well as a gas grill.

Parking: two spaces available; trucks, commercial vans, RVs, motorcycles are not permitted to park within complex overnight.

Outside of PGA resort: The Publix supermarket,Walgreens, Starbucks and many more are located just across PGA Bivd. With Whole Foods, Publix
Greenwise, Trader Joe's and Carmines (Italian market) near by. You are 10 minutes to the Gardens Mall, 15 minutes (5miles) to Juno Beach or Riviera
Beach and 20 minutes to Palm Beach beach. The home is located 20 minutes to West Palm Beach airport (PB1). PGA Boulevard alone has over 100
restaurants from which to choose, with Jupiter Harbor Place and WPB City Place and Worth Ave a short drive away. Spring training for the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals at Roger Dean Stadium
just six miles away. Kravitz Center for the Performing Arts is only 15 minutes away. There is a newly open Norton Art Museum for art enthusiasts. Flagler museum is a perfect place to learn about Palm Beach history. And lots of activities for visiting children with Lion safari and water parks.

Golf enthusiasts will love taking advantage of many public golf courses in the area, such as the North Palm Beach Country Club, Abacoa Golf Club, and Sandhill Crane Golf Club. If you want to stay close to the property, simply pay a fee at the PGA National Resort and book a tee time!
There is an LA Fitness Club right around the corner within the community which is available for a fee. Orange Theory fitness is just across of PGA Bivd.

For a day of shopping visit The Gardens Mall, home to
1.4 million square feet of shops (Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Macy's, etc.) and restaurants. Also nearby is Downtown at The Gardens, Where you can stroll through the open-air shopping center, catch a movie, and ride on the
iconic carousel! Palm Beach Outlets or high end shopping on world famous Worth Avenue are another option.

Just 7.5 miles east is the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, offering golden shorelines and ideal
swimming, kayaking, and fishing waters. Get out on the water when you book a boat tour of the intercostal waterways or charter a fishing boat into
the deep sea! Other nearby public beaches include Ocean Reef Park, Peanut Island Park, and City Beach.

on the premises.
